I was excited to try some different veggie sushi rolls and was not disappointed! I got 3 that I’ve not seen at other places. I’ll definitely come back! One of my kids liked the LA roll, minus the sauces. It’s a fried California roll!

Sake Blue is a very good place to eat, but be ready to spend some money. I am sure it is close to market value, I am just not used to spending $30+ on a meal. Food is great and cooked perfectly, I got steak medium rare. Atmosphere is a little on upscale side and I think you kind of pay for that. A little expensive. Service people were great but wait time was kind of crazy. Wasn’t that busy when we arrived and still waited 40 minutes for our food. By the time it came we had to get boxes and leave.

I was blown away by the menu, there is something for everyone. We ordered ginger salads, baked salmon and Heart Attack apps, two signature rolls, and steak and shrimp hibachi and we could not stop eating, each dish was better than the last. Very prompt and courteous staff and a really quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A hidden gem for sure!

Love this place and don’t get to go often. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Sushi is delicious, and they have a great variety of different types of sushi. Some cooked rolls, some raw rolls, and veggie rolls.
