If you want AMAZING service go to the Hamilton Rd location and ask where “Sammy” is serving. Samantha L is such an amazing waitress and you can tell that she absolutely loves her job. We were there and it was PACKED but she didn’t miss a beat. She checked on us every time she passed out table, kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask and still managed to chat with her customers and share some laughs. We absolutely loved her.

Normally not a negative review guy BUT… 2 days in a row ordered for 11:30 am pickup. First day I got there at 11:30 and food ready but it was pretty soggy when I got back to work with it (5 min drive) and today got there at 11:20 and it was already there and soggy again… less but still. Ordered almost $50 in food for me and Co-workers and they literally made me use my debit card for a $.79 cent side of ranch… And then didn’t give my co-worker her side of sauce she ordered and paid for. Roosters is a staple in Columbus! Good wings, cold beer, sports on TV. I’ve been coming to this location for over 10 years. They recently renovated the inside and it looks great! Prices are still pretty decent even with all the inflation going on. Staff have always friendly and are good about checking in on you. They have 2 bars and plenty of tables but fill up fast on weekends and game day. Also you can play Keno. I always enjoy going to Roosters. It’s a good time!

This location is my go-to location, which i rated high in the past. Although the food was really good, the service this time suffered. I know the name of the server, but I will withhold it for now. More attention to detail and customer is paramount. Still recommended.
