The salad was amazing. So fresh it took me 2 1/2 days to finish it was so packed. The customer service from the lady at the register was not all that great but I’ll give it another shot !! I usually order and others pick up so this was my very first time going there myself , so I made the mistake of ordering at the Jackson location so she seemed a little annoyed by me . Other than that as I mentioned the salad was DELICIOUS.

I’ve ordered from Room Service multiple times and each time is better than before. The staff is efficient & works hard to ensure your order is perfect. My salad was so full they used tape to close it. From now on, I’m ordering my salads with a side of scotch (tape) :)!!

Ordered a Washington salad with everything take out. When I got home I noticed that the grapes on the salad were bad and it only had one slice cucumber no tomatoes. I called them and was told that the next time I come in they will give me some grapes. The person On the phone asked me to hold on. A man came on and said I should have checked it before I left and he had a salad and the grapes were not bad,I told him that I was going to report him, he said go ahead it’s a free country!

I’ve been eating Room Service for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The price is great for the quantity. You can get 3 meals out of 1 salad. There brownies are amazing and 5 times the size of any brownie you can buy at any other restaurant.

Only reason for an overall 1 is because I order from there several times a month and always!!! Note no tomatoes as I am deathly allergic and for the last 2 months every time I order and note no tomatoes allergic it comes with tomatoes and I end up having to swap with someone else. And when I try to call about the lines are always busy so I never get through to anyone. Tried calling 19 times and busy signal 2 different numbers and busy every time. I know I should give up on them but when they were getting it right it’s amazing. And I just keep hoping for better.

Nasty. Overpriced. On many occasions I’ve received rancid chicken salad, asked for a salad with no onions or mushrooms: both came on the salad. They mixed up my order and gave me stale croissant bread for a sandwich. The lady that answered the phone is not rude per se but she won’t let you get a word in edge wise if you don’t want something in particular on your order. I’ll just leave that there. The only reason this place is STILL open is because it’s in Butler Snow Bldg. I would rather drive through a tornado to get my lunch elsewhere than to ever eat here again. My coworkes stay getting sick from their food too. Smh

This is my third time ordering from here. The first time my order was correct but my husband’s was not. The last two times ,they have screwed up my order so bad. I will not be spending any more money here. Our sandwiches were thrown together and missing ingredients. The workers do not look at the order tickets before making your food.

The food here is good. I always get the Lawyer sandwich and sometimes the chef salad. My order is always ready on time and accurate. Staff could be more friendly and interactive though being that people pay for their overpriced food. Other than that, I have no complaints.
