Cozy diner serving halal food. Loved the service and chatting up with the owner. The food was actually even better. We tried Samosa, lamb over rice, fried chicken, shrimp and chicken popcorn. The food was fresh, fast and filling, and the seating was comfortable. He even served us an indian style hot chai. Would definitely come back for more.

First of all, the chicken is awesome! However, the portion sizes for the sides definitely need improvement both the large coleslaw and mac and cheese are too small.
Second, please do not accept pickup orders if they cannot be prepared on time. Today, when I arrived to pick up my order, the employee in the kitchen took the items I had ordered by phone and gave them to another customer who arrived after me. When I asked about my order, she told me to wait “two minutes,” but after waiting 20 minutes and watching my order go to someone else, I ended up canceling and walking out.
This is the second time I’ve had an issue like this. Previously, I waited for one missing piece of chicken even though I had already given the 15 minutes they ask for when placing an order. It doesn’t feel fair to the customer.
This location needs better organization and a stronger focus on customer service. Customers pay not only for the food but also for the service that comes with it. I hope things improve in the future, but for now, I’ve decided not to waste any more time at this place.

I was surprised to see this new-ish place open at 8pm on a Sunday while driving by, so I pulled in and got some take-out. I asked the guy at the counter to recommend something, and he said the Royal Platter (chicken). I also got some fried chicken and roasted corn on the cob. The wait was brief and now I’m home enjoying this excellent meal that my husband pronounced FANTASTIC! I wasn’t planning to eat any myself but he said it was so good that I better try it. Indeed! The fried chicken is crispy outside but not overly thick. The chicken meat is tender and flavorful. I don’t know what the sauce is on the Royal Platter but it is really tasty! We will definitely be back to try more of their dishes.

The old diner is now Royal Chicken. Got a 7 piece box of fried chicken with 2 mashed, 1 slaw and rolls. Not great, not really good, just ok. Wanted to try their fried chicken, wanted to like it, oh well.
The staff was nice, place was clean and nice location.

It’s unfortunate that you are losing frequent customers due to poor time management. When someone calls to place an order for pickup in 15 minutes, it’s expected to be ready within that timeframe. However, this time we had to wait an additional 10 minutes, and we even saw food being served to people who arrived after us.
I understand that this can happen once or twice, but it has already happened to us four different times. It’s a shame to stop enjoying such good chicken because of these issues.
I truly hope you improve your preparation times for the sake of your other customers, but unfortunately, we will no longer be returning.

My husband and I recently moved here and we had no car at the moment due to it being shipped.
We ordered from here through grubhub at 6pm due to no person willing to pick it up through grubhub it was delayed for two hours.The lady and owner really tried to help us

Every time I eat here, the food is always served in a timely fashion. The service is consistently exceptional. The chicken is moist, tender, and delicious. The burritos are full, the wraps are good and it doesn’t matter what you pick off the menu you will walk away stuffed. It’s top shelf service with reasonable prices.
