It was horrible. Our waiter was very nice but we had an unexpected visitor. My husband & I was talking & waiting on our food & a roach crawled across the table. My husband killed it. The manager came over & he apologized. He told us that they had sprayed the night before. But that’s all he said. We debated on whether to stay or leave. We stayed. We don’t like to cause trouble & I seriously thought he would of taken some money off our bill. Our food was late. My giving out for take out so they had to remake mine. When it came my husbands was cold & had burnt edges. Mine tasted offer. We ate a few bites & boxed it up ( later threw it away). Got our bill & no discount. ( I guess if we caused a scene then we would of got a discount). Our faults. We should of left as soon as we saw the roach. We learned our lesson. Will never eat there again. Such a lost of money!

A waiter works there named Mark when he introduces himself he writes his name forward then backward so you all know you have the right Mark. He was most likely one of the best waiters I have ever had dining out. Anytime I am in the area and want dinner I will go to this place and ask for him. He made sure we had everything and that we were having fun he was very personable and spoke of his family and how Italians were born with a piece of bread in their hands. This waiter will have me coming back any time I am in the area. He is one of the best!

It seems that people who write reviews here are either happy or mad. I was happy, and perhaps dinner is the right time to show up. Efficient, quality service from Monica and solid food quality. Can’t think of anything that should have gone differently.

My boyfriend and I have been going to this Macaroni Grill often for the last 6 years together. Nothing but good experiences here! We get Mark very often and I can’t explain how wonderful he is. You are guaranteed to have 100% the best customer service you’ve ever had. Today, I picked up a to go order with Chandler. Not a lot of people do what she did and it’s sad that it’s “weird” when someone asks how your day is going or what are your plans tonight while you’re waiting. Thank you both, Chandler and Mark, for great experiences here. 🙂

I just enjoyed a dinner at the Macaroni Grill in Timonium and couldn’t be happier! The food was wonderfully prepared and delicious, but the best part of our experience was our server Shayna. Shayna was attentive, polite and courteous. My family and I had a wonderful time and thanks to Shayna, we will be back again.

It started off with the lady at the counter, who seemed completely confused and made us wait for a lunch, in the so called 7 minutes or under for over 20 minutes without being able to effectually take our order. We were trying to be patient and she then decided to stop another customer and had a long personal conversation with her, after Hugs and kisses were done she came to attend to us, while we stood there!! Then she took our order with much help from the Chef, and then swiped my card-WRONG then she asked for another card??!! Don’t know why, then she swiped that Twice! are you serious are we suppsed to go through all that for a $7/- meal the chef was embarrassed and gave us dessert free!!! The only good part.

Great food. Loved the Baked Prosciutto and Mozzarella appetizer. Had the Build Your Own Pasta for dinner. Loved that I could create my own meal. Staff was friendly and attentive. Fresh bread is always YUM. My friend and I ate 2 loves. Lol.
