When qe walked in Mexican music was blasting to loud we had to ask them to turn it down so we could talk. We had 9 people and were the only ones in the place. We ordered 4 pizzas and they cooked them one at a time and set them on the oven while the rest were cooking

The pizza was good, my order was incorrect and the owner was a bit argumentative easy fix, just refund the missing toppings. I’ve been a customer for 10 years and never experienced unsatisfactory service prior. I was a bit disappointed but am certain it was a fluke.

This place is right out of the 80s when it comes to atmosphere. It’s very outdated but charming. Stereotypical red, green, and white decor and posters of Italy. Old but clean. The couple who own the restaurant, I.J. and Amal, are the only employees. They are very genuine and kind. The service was good. I.J. came to our table to tell us some jokes. The lasagne was simple and good, comfort food. The Sicilian pizza was solid and worth the wait. Prices are great. Not fancy but good comfortable Italian food.

Finally found some good Pizza/Stromboli on our side of town!!! We will be regulars for now on. As soon as I walked in a smelled the food cooking I knew is was going to be good. Made small talk with the owner and he informed me they’ve been there since 1982…WOW!!! I could tell Covid has impacted the business so we will make it our priority to eat here. The Stromboli was the best I ever had and the kids loved theirs too. I stole a slice of theirs and it was delicious. Great dough recipe! Can’t wait to visit again. Next time I will come a bit earlier and grab a beer/wine. Thanks for the dank eats!!!!

Really wanted to like this place, but the food was just ok. The owner, the man, is really great. A good soul, but the food just needs more. Salad was just lettuce and a tomato, with dressing. Pasta sauce was too thin and lacked flavor. The bread was great, but I didn’t come for bread. Cute place. Maybe it was just bad timing.

Okay, first day at my new job location and I found this joint. I was pleasantly surprised how awesome the customer service was when I inquired if you could order pizza by the slice. Very accommodating and down right nice people. The owner was friendly with me, even told a couple of jokes after my meal. As for the two slices of pizza I got, this is the real deal. There are a lot of NY transplants in NC and they are bringing the same great taste with them. The pizza was foldable, hot and bubbly with the right orangish char on the cheese. It was dripping with grease making the entire experience decadent. Not the largest slices I’ve seen but I’ll take quality over quantity any day. I know that I will be a steady customer based on my experience. I will say if you are in a hurry call ahead of time as they make everything to order which is awesome!

Im not sure if it was my luck but everything tasted pretty bland and was way too watery. I had a ravioli that was very questionable, must have been a beef purée.
