We’ve been here multiple times and it is my kids’ FAVORITE pizza in the area! The wings are amazing as well- my favorite here. I also want to give a shoutout to the team that works here at the Clayton location- every time we pick up pizza the gentlemen at the front is so nice and accommodating to me and my kids. I spilled some French fries as I was leaving and he brought over a brand new container of fries without me even asking. Customer service here deserves a 10/10!

I don’t understand why people are giving this place a 3.4! Out of all the pizza places I’ve tried, this is by far the best pizza I’ve had since living here. The staff is super friendly and outgoing, and the food never misses. Please give this place a shot—if you’ve given it a 1-star review before, I highly recommend giving them another chance. This place is great! It’s my go-to spot for pepperoni pizza and garlic knots. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Roma for take out for over a year now. I always get the eggplant parm sub, crispy eggplant, light on sauce and no cheese, they do an amazing job EVERY time. Have ordered pizza’s and other subs as well, but my favorite is the eggplant parm. The service is excellent and they are always smiling every time I pick up. Will keep going back for sure.

I never leave reviews but this experience definitely rubbed me the wrong way for starters the customer service is the Worst… I ordered a large pepperoni and recieved a box of grease. Pizza crust was like WET BREAD. When i took it back i was told I cldnt get a refund because nothing was wrong with the pizza. I wldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

Service NEGATIVE ZERO. The workers are so rude and unprofessional. I live so close to them I almost went there and told them how I really felt. I called and the guy picks up the phone saying “man we closing early” I called back and said “excuse me is this how you deliver customer service over the phone”. He clearly stated that his manager told him to say that or hang up the phone. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT THIS PIZZA SPOT!

This was horrible. I ordered an adult chicken finger plater and this is what they sent me. They took 2 chicken tenders and cut them into pieces. This cost $8.00 for 2 cut up tenders and NO fries. Just horrible for a platter.

I really hoped the pizza was going to become our go to Friday night pizza place, but unfortunately we waited for over an hour and 40 min to receive cold, hard pizza and cold greasy cheese sticks. I’ve honestly never been so disappointed. The pizza was like card board with very little if any sauce, or toppings.
Super disappointing for the $40 I spent.

** update May 31, 2019** ordered pizza 552pm. Pizza arrives at 7:26pm. Called shop right before pizza arrived asking about the delay. First person didn’t see my order. Second person answered the phone and blamed it on the weather. I said this is twice as long as it normally takes, if this continues to happen we will order elsewhere. They said “OK”. Back to 2 stars…. Rays pizza delivers from farther away and faster then Roma ever has and better quality pizza.
**edit** up to 4 stars** Because of where we live this is one of the few places that delivers. I tried their cheesesteak and haven’t thought twice about it since. Great bread (which we know makes the sandwich), great meat, and haven’t had a bad sandwich yet. Also ive stayed away from the same pizza that i ordered that gave me the 2 star review feeling. Buffalo Chicken Pizza is my new go to****
Disappointed tonight, got 60 dollars worth of product from this location and the pizza we ordered was pepperoni and sausage and onions. Normally the onions are cooked. Cooked. Cooked with the rest of the pizza. Right?
The onions were raw and just thrown on the pizza as it was being boxed up? We’ve ordered here before with onions. Never happened. Ever.
Over an hr for delivery and no apology. Veneros will gladly not mess with our onions, and always timely. We order from Roma weekly, never really been a pizza we could live without This is an easy decision even though they are the closest to our house.
