The table were an bit sticky and the waiter immediately cleaned the table for us.
Chido was an excellent waiter and was attentive to our requests as we had an patron who’s allergic to fish and some kitchens fry chips in the same oil as fish.
Chido made sure that didn’t happen.
As posted from the pictures below food were excellent and delicious.
I had the Chicken Buddy which is on promotion and it’s a lot of food which was great.
Thank you for the great service and attentive staff.
First time I ordered there was hardly any topping on the pizza…
Now today I ordered again 31 January.
I ordered 2 cheesy Regina’s with xtra pineapple. What I got….
A Regina with No tomato base… Instead I get Focaccia bread with 2 pieces of ham, 2 pieces of pineapple a block of feta and 2 pieces of mushrooms on each slice. And then an overdose of garlic even though Regina pizza doesn’t have garlic… Won’t order from them again
The atmosphere feels off, with unhappy workers, and the food quality has gone downhill. We ordered a ham pizza and received one with cheap polony instead of ham. Our child’s milkshake was barely half a glass but charged at full price. My wife’s pizza was soggy and wasn’t even cut.
It’s honestly sad to see what’s happening to a place we cared about so much. We really hope these issues get fixed soon, because we’d love to return—but for now, we won’t be back.
Dont have the drinks in stock we wanted, but not too bad, drink something else. Food was nice – no complaints, but the waiter.
We had to call and wait for him everytime we needed something, then he would be as unfriendly as could be. For starters he did not even greeted us, or introduced himself when he got to our table. Not ONCE did he come and ask if all was in order, although the table behind us were only ordering drinks, and he went to them quite often. When we were done, I had to call him again, waiting again. Asked for a takeaway and the bill. Took another 5 minutes or so. I am normally a very big tipper, if you deserve it. So I asked him how long he have been working there, his blunt answer “I opened this place”
You guys need to sort out your waiters. I like the place, but due to unfriendly service, I will not go there again.
PS: got a reply on facebook that they will contact me, a week later – still waiting
I also loved that they allowed us to add a song to the playlist such a small touch, but it really made the experience feel personal and fun. The atmosphere, service, and vibes were all on point.
Definitely coming back. Highly recommend for a good time, great service, and good energy!
My wife had the chicken breast with brie, which she really enjoyed. It was well cooked and full of flavor. She also had a toffee apple cocktail, which was both delicious and colorful.
For dessert, we each had our own portion of crème brûlée. It was smooth, rich, and very tasty.
The service was excellent. Our server, Jovan, was friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable. We were seated next to an enclosed fireplace, which added a warm and cozy atmosphere on a cold day.
The restaurant is nicely decorated with a modern style and a great overall feel. We will definitely be visiting again.
Highly recommended.
The staff are always friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. It’s one of those rare places where hospitality feels genuine.
That said, I do have one concern: the music genre tends to stay the same, which can get repetitive over time. More variety would really elevate the vibe. Also, it’s disappointing that football matches aren’t shown on the TVs — even when requested, staff mention they’re not allowed to air them. I’m curious about the reason behind that policy.
Still, it remains a top choice for a great meal and excellent service. Just hoping for a few tweaks to make the experience even better.
