Placed an uber order I live down the block what should’ve taken 10 minutes took 40 after the first delivery person was fed up with the wait I got another who also waited very long. After finally getting my order heating it up and sitting down to eat it there is a hair in my sandwich. As you can imagine I was disgusted and immediately went to uber for a refund. As busy as you are you need to ensure quality of preparation and packaging. Not sure if they are wearing hairnets over there but the hats are not cutting it. I’m extremely disappointed.

A MANAGER AT THIS STORE CONFIDENTLY TOLD ME HE MADE MY DRINK WRONG!!! Then proceeded to tell me if I want it made the way I want hes going to have to charge me 75 cents extra. First I asked for water NOT lemonade which I told him I have severe acid reflux and cannot have lemonade. He shrugged his shoulders and said well if you want it that way I can charge you extra. BEYOND RIDICULOUS, so I asked him for a refund. I said ill go somewhere else and he tells me he owns all of the ones in middletown so good luck! BIGGEST JERK OF AN OWNER AND DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!!!!

They have donuts we want most of the time. The service at the drive thru is slow at times. Other than that, nothing much to report.

AVOID THIS DUNKIN DONUTS AT ALL COST!!! I thought I try this Dunkin Donut today around 5pm since it is fairly new to the area, but that was a big mistake. I went through the drive thru to order my food and was spoken to in a rude manner by the female working the drive thru. When I got to the window it was a guy asking for payment. I inquired about the female who was rude to me and he responded ‘what does it matter, we got the order” so I responded keep it and went to the Dunkin Donut on 211 where they are always respectful. I spend my money where I am celebrated not tolerated. They need employees who appreciate the job.

Very disappointed at this location. A service member IN UNIFORM asking for a cup of ice and the worker telling her she needs to pay 0.81 cents for it ? It’s not about the price of the ice cup but to a service member? SMH. Do better people, that looks very bad on your franchise.

2 employees working and neither acknowledged my presence. I ordered at the kiosk, otherwise I’d be standing there all evening.
The young man working asked me what I ordered although it was right on the screen in front of him, then asked his young woman accomplice to make my food (does he not know how to make food?). She looked visibly annoyed and made my food, placed the bag on the counter, and never acknowledged me, said it was ready, or anything. I sat for several minutes in disbelief as she made other orders right in front of me with no eye contact. The young man finally saw my food and told me it was ready. I asked when someone was going to tell me, and the young woman said something rude to me that I won’t repeat.
Avoid this place, the service is terrible and employees are rude.

Ordered Midnight dart roast. They needed to make it which ok I can get but no communication at all by the server letting me know anything as I stand there for 10 minutes. Simply stating she had to make it and sorry about that goes a long way.

Very bad service from the employees, they are rude, you have to wait for them until they want to take the order, regardless of whether there is any customer at the checkout at the time. I do not recommend this place.
