Daniel has taken traditional Mexican street food to a next level ! Rojo’s Mexican Food has such a fresh tasting flavor across the menu and he even makes his own tasty salsas, also truly appreciate his plant-based proteins. The tacos, burritos, tortas are all great choices. The Al Pastor is my go to with the chicken a close second. Perfect place for a quick bite when in downtown!

If you are looking for vegan Mexican food that doesn’t compromise on taste, look no further than Rojo’s Mexican Food. This unassuming place in Downtown Seattle is a hidden gem that serves the best vegan tacos in the city. At first, I was skeptical based on my experience with Mexican food I tried in the area. But Rojo’s Mexican Food changed my mind. They have a variety of plant-based protein options, such as chik’n, al pastor, carnitas, and asada. They all felt authentic and tasty, but my favorite was the chik’n, well seasoned and felt like the real deal. The Al Pastor was a close second, with a tangy and spicy (mild) sauce. They have several salsas made in-house that you can choose from, fresh and flavorful.

I had heard rumblings about this new spot and hurried my butt down there. It lives up to all the hype and more! Down to the quality of the proteins, salsas, the tortillas and even how they slice the cilantro. It’s something special for sure. Everyone go and support this business so they can continue to bring their food magics into the world!!

These tacos are absolutely delicious! An absolute must for vegans but also would recommend for non vegans alike – flavors are great and the food is priced for good value. We will absolutely be back!

Picked up a couple of burritos to enjoy at the Mariners game. Did not disappoint! Liked the asada a little more than the chicken but both were very good! Will definitely do it again.

Delicious vegan refreshments and warm service in a bright, clean atmosphere! We needed a filling vegan meal before heading to the airport and Rojo’s definitely delivered. Our group got a few burritos and tacos between all of us as well as a variety of their specialty drinks. Everything came out very fresh and tasted amazing. I can personally endorse the al pastor burrito supreme and chick’n burrito. Definitely also be sure to grab a side (or 2 or 3!) of their fresh, house-made salsas. I will definitely be returning if I’m ever in Seattle again!

Small menu. Tacos and burritos. Had the Carne Asada taco, and it was delicous. Small place to eat. Great for takeout. Give this place a try.
