Great friendly Bartender Nicole, good food. Fast service. Am from out of state and in the area for work for a few months as a traveling Healthcare provider and this place had a great welcoming atmosphere for someone like me that loves sports and good music! Highly recommend

I was excited to stop at Rogue River Tavern Saturday night but it fell short. Our food was okay (I saw a post describing it as bar food and I would agree with that). Prices were reasonable but then everything was extra. I had a burger which they said would be cooked to order, my medium rare request came in at well done which was probably because it is a thin burger patty. My sons said his chicken strips were good but the tater tot’s tasted fishy, which we all agreed and mentioned it to the m waitress…no new tots were brought out and we were still charged for the fishy tasting tots. My wife’s steak Philly sandwich was okay but dry and when she asked for some au ju she was told it would be an up charge. My daughter’s wing basket was okay, I thought they were a little soggy, and my other son’s cheese burger was fine. The waitress was nice and the atmosphere was okay.

Excellent service and nice comfort foods with generous portions.

We had the white fish sandwich and the Philadelphia with a side of au jus. And also the fried pickles. Just a heads up that the white fish was not breaded in case that makes a difference for you.

Service was very slow, we asked for one extra minute to check the menu over and were given 15. Server also forgot to put our order in which is fine, but she made up a story about a printer being jammed and “retook” our order (I worked in the industry for over 10 years and know when someone is lying.) so that left a bad taste in our mouths. Food was alright, BLT was a BLT which is physically impossible to make poorly but the breaded chicken wings had undercooked batter on half of them (probably from rushing the order out of the kitchen) and with service being so slow we just cut our loses and accepted it. Regular customers were served promptly and several tables who came in 10-15 minutes after us were paying their bill before we got our food. Will not be back and would recommend any other out of towners to try a different spot.

My wife and I arrived and sat down. My wife almost feel off her chair due to one of the four legs of the chair seemed to be one inch shorter than the other 3. The chair was moved to another table next to us so someone else could also run the risk of falling on the floor… we both ordered beef tacos. Once they arrived the taco plate was
Wet from grease. We attempted eating them but ended up wearing them on our hands.
We spoke to management. Our recommendation was removing the beef tacos from the menu! They are that Bad.
Their recommendation was to pay for one of the two meals. No apologies from them.

We enjoyed a appetizer platter of deep fried dill pickles, deep fried mushrooms and chicken tenders. It arrived quickly and was hot. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Food was nothing special and serving size wasn’t that big. Was not really impressed. Lots of TVs with different games on. Building was nice, bathrooms not so much.
Not bad, but just not for me, over priced food that I could buy and microwave at home for a third of the price.

I have been attending Rogue River Tavern since I was 25 years old. Over 10 years being a patron and customer. I have always enjoyed my experience here. The food has always tasted good. My fan favorites are the sirloin steak, chicken fajitas, and the taco salad.
In 2021, I had an accident at the restaurant where I smashed my head. It was from donating plasma. I know the staff were worried about me.
I still come to eat at Rogue River Tavern. Wishing their bands/live music come back. That was my favorite thing about the place.
Personal story: I worked for Careology Home Healthcare. I saw and witnessed many people become infected with Sars Mers NV2 virus. Also known as: Covid-19. I saw severe and complicated symptoms of the mutated viral strands. I spent three years conducting research into the contagion. It was proceeded from Sars Mers NV1 virus from Wuhan, China. The spread was caused from close person contact, sharing utensils and personal hygiene clothing/towels. The viral strands were also targeting livestock, wild animals, fish, and many food supply sources. The vaccine is called Strim/o/voxin it doesn’t exist yet. China and America classified the virus under the plague: pneumonic and bubonic plague. Followed by the American Flu vaccine. The genetic make-up of Sars causes mutations and rapid exposure. Many people still believe the deaths weren’t real.
– I was infected with Sars Mers NV2 virus in 2022. I almost lost my life to the virus. Hair loss, toe nails falling off, difficulty breathing, and extreme fatigue and weakness. My client attended church in Kentwood, MI and stated church members were dying from the virus. My client died a month later.

Dive bar with a cool name…. if you are a regular you might have a better experience than me and my fiancé. We felt basically invisible to all the staff while watching everyone be greeted and taken care of around us… which was weird because we got there before about 10 of them we were all at the bar. It was clear as crystal, at RRTavern you gotta know someone who works there to be treated like a dignified person
