Absolutely love BurgerFi! The food here is always fresh and flavorful. The chicken tenders were super crispy, the burger was juicy and perfectly made, and the loaded fries were amazing. The staff even catered to us making the kids grilled. cheese even though they took it off their menu.Everything came out hot and in generous portions. Great quality, quick service, and a spot I’ll definitely keep coming back to!

Great double burgers! BEST onion rings ever had! Crisp, toasty hand cut fries! Plus, they have two of those computerized soda machines with almost an infinitesimal number of soda types and flavorings. I had the Hey, Chef burger and my guest had the bacon cheese–both had double semi-smashed beefy burger patties. Mine came with grilled onions and cheese. Bacon burger had beautiful lettuce, tomato, mayo and bacon. The lady counterperson was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The inside of the restaurant was industrial modern decor. Surfaces were spotless! Lots of room. Pricing was good, more reasonable than those five guys and the burgers were juicier and had more flavor. TIP: The burgers are served within a parchment envelope. Since the burgers are so juicy, I suggest keeping the burger in its envelope while devouring. I really wish I had tried BurgerFi years ago. This was my first time dining at BurgerFi; I was blown over by the quality and perfection of the food!

Today, we ate at the BurgerFi in the Sayebrook neighborhood for the last time. We ordered two salad bowls with burger patties and one small fries. Salad bowls were charged higher prices than the prices displayed on the board. When questioned, the manager unapologetically advised to contact the corporate office regarding the discrepancy in pricing. The meals were accompanied by small flimsy forks/spoons with which it was impossible to handle the lettuce pieces (most likely is most scraps from the green buns that they offer with burger). The fries were not edible ($4.99! small size). They were burned and soggy (probably refried to warm them up). In summary, an awful experience! If must eat something on the run, it’s better to swing by the Trader Joe’s and get a bag of nuts and fruit!

This was our first time visiting BurgerFi and it turns out they have really good burgers. They even have two different veggie burgers. The fries are hand cut but in hindsight, I probably should have gotten the onion rings. Next time. Service was quick and friendly. Fast, casual dining would be the perfect way to describe it. The dining room was very clean and the lighting was really cool. We also got the key lime custard and it did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to try the onion rings and other custard delights.

I haven’t been to a BurgerFi in quite some time. I believe the last time was in Key West and that location has since closed. We found one yesterday during our stay here in Myrtle Beach. This location is huge compared to other locations we have been in. There was no wait and the staff were excellent. The burgers were as awesome as we remembered them. We are actually planning another trip this week! So happy we found this location and got to experience BurgerFi again. Just like we remembered!
