Went on a Saturday night and the Champagne band was amazing! Tons of birthdays happening but service was good and food came out hot and seasoned perfectly! Definitely recommend for regular dinner or even girls night out!

This was baddd…soo badd…went here on April 1st for my mama birthday and I had never been to such a place. So many negatives about it but let me tell you what was reall bad…THEY HAD NO SILVERWARE FOR ME TO EAT MY FOOD…I HAD TO EAT IT WITH A KNIFE and my HANDS..they claim all of the dishes was dirty sooo no one could wash anything? They manager blaimed it on covid and the manager had the nerve to debate back and forth with my sister. They didnt seem to care. I asked for a discount and they did give me that but I will neverrrrr everrr recommend this place or come here again.

I liked Roger Browns Restaurant… it had a laid back welcoming feel. The beer came quickly… the hot tea was not so quick. My overall experience was nice. Will drop in again when I’m in the area.

I just love this place. I used to work here and the food still is awesome and the atmosphere is so relaxing and it is such a nice family setting. I went with my family just to have some dinner and two hours surprise there was a live band playing my baby girl had her first concert she’s 3 and she had a blast. Food was delicious drinks are always great.

Went here yesterday, Wednesday night, our waiter, Dawson was just awesome! Funny and personable. The food was delicious! Chicken, ribs, catfish bites. Our group of 5 was loving it. You will not be disappointed. Would like to try again when they have live music and dancing.

Not pictured: cheese curds which were delicious! I had never had a batter on cheese curds like theirs before. Reviewing 4 stars because 2 burgers were ordered the exact same way (medium), but one came out very pink. The fries were delicious along with the mashed potatoes!

Came here for a break from the taco fest in Norfolk. Road the ferry over and walked to Roger Brown’s. Although we were the only customers in this massive, beautiful restaurant, the bartender showed us excellent service when I asked for a margarita. She asked if I had a preference of tequila, then let me sample different tequilas before she made me this delicious margarita. Thank you, ma’am!

Dawson was my waiter and he was so busy trying to be a comedian to me and my friend that he couldn’t keep track of our orders. My friend ordered the shrimp appetizer and broccoli. The shrimp appetizer came but not the broccoli, Dawson didn’t check back in with us until she was done with her shrimp and she had to ask where was her broccoli, he didn’t notice. My food was taken to another customer that didn’t even have the same order as me but they ate it. Dawson didn’t even notice that my food wasn’t given to me, after almost an hour of munching on my appetizer. I waited patiently because it was a packed night. But found out that my food was taken somewhere else. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager never came out to meet with me. I was told that manager would come if they had time. My food came within 15-20 minutes after it was reordered and I was disappointed, the collard greens had no taste, the catfish was heavily breaded with no taste and I’d actually ordered the sweet potato mash so I had to tell Dawson that he got my order wrong. He went to get me a bowl of sweet potato mash and that was good. I was not discounted for my inconvenience, I had to pay full price. Disappointed in this service. The live bands and drinks were the bomb though.
