Superb. Food here blew us away. Wife is from Eastern Europe, so wanted to indulge into some Mediterranean cuisine. We visited Greece this past summer in fact. The food here at Rodos screamed authenticity. The tenderness, seasonings, and textures not to mention the hasty service.. Will absolutely be back to try the Moussakah. Talked to the chef about the Albanian kebabs, and how they tasted just like back in Albania. The steak was cooked without flaw and the gyro was succulent and delicious. Just go already.

Some food you just can’t get off of your mind. Some food immediately sends you somewhere deep in your memories, to a place or time when you felt the deep content of being well loved, before you were worried about traffic or money or global warming. This food is that feeling, of being well loved, of being considered and appreciated. We dined at an odd time of day, and had the place entirely to ourselves which seems impossible given the quality of this food. The atmosphere is modern, a little romantic, it feels like a great spot for a first date. The menu has a bit of something for everyone. We started with stuffed grape leaves (dolmades), which tasted fresh, lemony, and well made. Our waitress, Lisa (I think, I’m terrible with names) offered to serve them warm, since many guests request it, which we declined but I appreciated. It seemed like a very graceful way to point out that it’s (usually) a cold dish, without making anyone feel awkward. 🙂 I got the lamb chops. They were STUNNING. Served a beautiful medium/med rare, they were seasoned well, juicy, and the texture was heavenly. I love lamb, I eat it often, have had lots of preparations in a lot of restaurants- this beats all of them. If you think you don’t like lamb, let Rodos change your mind. It came with a lovely seasoned rice and roasted veg. It was beautifully plated, and delicious. My spouse got Moussaka. We’ve had the dish many times, but I snuck a bite and no joke, got emotional. It’s from scratch, it’s perfectly cooked, it’s balanced and somehow both comforting and light. My spouse agreed it was the best version of that dish, ever. For dessert, I had chocolate cake and my spouse had cheese cake, and both were divine. The service was prompt, extremely helpful and personable, and the owner/Chef, Erion Permeti, popped out to chat a bit about his deep passion for food. He mentioned he makes everything with love, as if he were serving it to his own kids. It shows in every bite. This might be a bit more pricey than your average gyro spot- but not by much, and the quality is well worth a few extra bucks. Check it out!!!!

It was out 1st time there & the place is really cute. The food & drinks were really good (the waitress accidentally gave our appetizer to the wrong table so there wasn’t much time between when we got that & our entree but she was nice). We got the Flakey Saganaki appetizer, I got the Moussaka (it was so good) & my husband got a Gyro. They had lights at all of the tables in case you needed extra light which I thought was a really nice touch & would be nice if other restaurants did that as well. My husband got a Fireside Old Fashioned (seasonal drink) & I got wine. We would def go back there again.

Love this place! Great food and service, with very reasonable prices. Every Monday they do $5 gyros so we tried the traditional gyro and the souvlaki gyro. Both were delicious! Great portion size, not a tiny sandwich. The fries were crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside, the perfect combination. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. They have a small parking lot. Definitely will be back!!

Rodos has made the move to their new location flawlessly. If anything the food and service went to virtually perfect, We had the chicken souvlaki, cheeseburger and fried zucchini and all were prepared exactly as they should be. Elizabeth, our server, was very welcoming and professional with a good command of the menu. We will be returning often! Thank you Erion! Update: Have been back several times since first review and it keeps getting better. Ordered the Fettucine Alfredo and was very pleased with the preparation and taste. The sauce doesn’t congeal and stays creamy throughout the meal. Plus, it’s huge! We have also met more of their wonderful and pleasant staff including Lisa, Julia, and Olivia. All attentive and personable. We will become regulars. Thanks again to all!

I love this spot. As soon as we walked in, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming and friendly. The food was really fairly priced for the amount that you get – I was stuffed with one of their bowls (which was phenomenal) but I HAD to get their baklava because it’s my weakness. Thank you all for a great meal and a great night!

So yummy!! I’m so glad we got to try this delicious Greek restaurant. The food was delicious with the moussaka being the highlight! There is plenty of parking and wasn’t that busy albeit I came on a Thursday night. The prices were reasonable but the e drinks were a little steep. Overall, we will definitely be back.

Certainly enjoyed the cold plate appetizer. Both the moussaka and the steak souvlaki plates were excellent. However the moussaka was not a traditional, eggplant wasn’t the center of the flavor in the dish. It was excellent but not what the wife expected. We enjoyed our meal overall.
Service was not the best. We will likely be back.
