My friend and I went there yesterday and had a great meal. I had the Ribeye steak and baked sweet potato and he had the NY steak and fries. I have never had a better baked sweet potato and the steaks were perfect. Great service and atmosphere. We will be back. (Tried the clam chowder too and it was delicious!)

We took some friends there and it was a pretty awful experience. Salads USED to be awesome. Now just small side salads. Rolls did not come until long after the salads were done. 3 out of 4 steak entrees were overcooked. I ordered mine rare, got medium rare, which was edible. Two ordered medium rare and got well done. They sent theirs back. Compared to the quality it used to have, it’s now, at best, unremarkable and overpriced. And. no more peanuts. It’s a shame. On the plus side, the raspberry vinaigrette is still good, as are the dinner rolls. We were disappointed!

The waitress Brenda was very nice. I ordered a soup and salad combo for over $8. The cup of soup was chicken and noodle, the noodles were disintegrated from over cooking, the salad was so small it was literally a cup of romaine with a tiny bit of onions, tomatoes and cheese. The dressing may have been homemade but was very thin. It was not a pleasant experience. The manager did apologize and remove $2.50 from the bill which means a cup of salad was over $6.00. I may give them a second chance but I’m not sure.

Went here today. The waitress was good and attentive. The food was not so great and way over priced. I guess they don’t serve rolls any longer. The salads are just ice burg lettuce with maybe a tomato. I got the grilled chicken breast which was served on a wilted lettuce leaf. Oh and lets not forget they have stopped giving the peanuts while you wait. As for this Rodeo I won’t go there again. The one in Roseburg is so much better. In my opinion they are struggling to stay open.

Great place and good food….I always go here when I have something I gotta do here in this town…. but this time it was awful! The manager was being rude over CHICKEN STRIPS! I guess a teen can’t have chicken strips because he’s a teen(not a kid) that’s so bullshit! You have to be rude to the waiter too? I’ll never forget this… I won’t think about coming here again with this negativity….

The service was ok, but the food unimpressive and way overpriced. I usually love the small hole in the wall burger joints, but I wish I would have just bought the ingredients and made my own burger at home. I wasn’t happy with the special or the appetizer, am convinced that they have nothing to offer, and won’t be returning. Mind you, we were two fat boys starving when we walked in, it should have been difficult to disappoint us.

Wonderful owners and staff who cater to any food allergy and give the same great service whether you are having a large meal or just stop for an adult beverage. Let’s be real- there aren’t many choices in JC for food- but if we want a good Caesar Salad or a basket of tater-tots this is our choice. It’s not a fancy menu- but the staff makes this our favorite place in Junction City.

Although the waitresses were nice enough, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the meal. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was tiny, lukewarm, and contained rather unremarkable and stringy pork. The fries were cold and limp. I will not be patronizing this establishment again.

I would suggest giving them time to get acquainted with running a restaurant. Service was beyond slow, my hamburger was very under cooked, with little to no flavor. I got the home fries, which turn out to be a potato cut into eights and then not really even cooked.

The service was great and quick, but the food was only a step up from public highschool cafeteria quality. The meat was thin, and reminded me of the freezer section at walmart, and the house fries were basically quartered potatoes, deep fried.
