It was not anyone’s fault that the conveyor belt had stopped and part of pizza got burnt. The man that took our order came to tell us that half the pizza could be served and that another of the same was in oven and would be boxed for us if we wanted. Of course we agreed with their decision!

Excellent service and the pizza is good. Its just pretty greasy. The atmosphere inside is ok. I like the quotes on the walls but its kind of cold in the dining area and bathroom.

I liked the pan style pizza. It had good flavor and came with large sized pieces of sausage.

The pizza was delicious but was EXTREMELY greasy. I had to drink water with pizza and couldn’t eat the entire small as it was just too greasy. Definitely not something to eat frequently. The spaghetti was also fairly good just lacked flavor.

I have loved Rocky Rococo’s Pizza since I first had it as a kid in the early 1980s. On Saturday 9/9/23 around 4:30 stopped at this location for an early dinner. The dining room was an absolute disaster, most of the tables were visibly dirty, some with dishes and left uneaten food that looked like it had been sitting for quite sometime. The soft drink fountain area was a total mess with straws and lids all over. The restrooms were gross to say the least. There was only one employee working, they were taking orders at the counter, and the drive-through and doing all the cooking. They were working their butt off! But there’s no way one person can do everything, please get some more help I felt awful for this employee. I was really hungry for Rocky Rococo’s‘s so against my initial judgment I went ahead and ordered a small Uncle Sal’s spectacular. After a short wait, the hardworking lone employee brought the pizza to the table. It was phenomenal, it was a perfect example of how Rocky Rococo’s Pizza should taste. It totally hit the spot.

I got a large thin crust for pickup. Rocky’s best thing is the sausage on their pizzas. It used to be juicy and spicy. Not so juicy anymore and still has some spice. It was good but I’m not so sure if it was worth the cost. I was going to also order pasta and meatballs but you have to get a soda to go with it which I didn’t want. So I didn’t get that. I got there before it was supposed to be ready and didn’t have to wait long for my food. The guy at the window was quite pleasant.

Customers who are in a hurry need to know that once they pay for their order, the app’s “cancel order” button is useless if they immediately press it after their order! I tried canceling my order after I saw that the price of my order was $5.00, more, not including the tax, than the App said it would be. I tried canceling it less than 5 seconds after I put the order in! The app’s response was ,”You can’t cancel this order” So I called the Rockies, and they said “We can cancel your order, and the reason you were charged the extra $5 is because you put your order through without realizing there was a $5.00 automatic tip for your meal if you didn’t choose to un-tic the button! They canceled my order, and I reordered the same item for $5.00 less as I didn’t like their method of getting their customer to tip them for a take out item!
