I had to wait for 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I understand places get busy sometimes, but this is ridiculous. I’ve had that long of a wait inside as well. This is completely unacceptable. The only redeeming quality is that the staff are usually very nice. Something needs to be done about this ridiculous wait time though. It’s fast food, it’s supposed to be fast.

Terribly Slow! Horrible Service! Waited over 25 minutes for our food. Had to go inside to receive food after ordering from the drive thru. This has happened the 2 times we have been to this location. Don’t waste your time!!!

The food is always good. However, the dining area is hardly ever cleaned. Every time I’ve come here the drink area is always dirty. Sometimes the stains are there for days on the rare occasion I have come here two days in a row. Makes you wonder how well the other areas of the kitchen are cleaned.

I am 37 years old. A few weeks ago for the first time in my entire life, I took food back to a fastfood restaurant and got my money back. The cheesy bean and rice burritos I got from there were literally inedible. The rice inside them were harder than uncooked rice and burnt to a crisp and the bean mixture was completely dried out. In other words, the food was old… Very old. I felt this was extremely odd, given the fact that it took over 15 minutes for me to get 3 little burritos. When I took the food back, the man in the back that fixed the food was smiling and laughing to himself. Given the fact that you can literally kill someone from serving that type of food, not to mention I chipped a filling in my teeth, I will not be going back to this location and I advise anyone else to not go here either… Unless you want to gamble with your life. Sadly I think what’s going to end up happening is they are going to get shut down, just like Burger King in Franklin was for years.

We waited for 26 minutes in the drive thru for our food. When I said something to the drive thru worker, she said, “okay??” I asked for a manager, and she wasn’t much better. Her excuse was they were slow because there’s two restaurants in one. They were all rude. The food was cold when we FINALLY got it. They also didn’t tell us that they were out of one item we ordered until after waiting for 15 minutes. Excessive wait for fast food.

Avoid this location at all costs! Tried to order a drink from the menu and the cashier rolled her eyes and said, “I don’t know how to make that.” Food took forever, and then the chips were inedible. I don’t know if the oil was old or what, but it was disgusting.
