I don’t even know where to start—this was one of the most disappointing food orders I’ve had in a long time.
I ordered porotta, biryani (buy 1 get 1), and malai kofta, expecting the same quality as the other Rockfort location—but this new Ranchlands franchise is nowhere close. The porotta was clearly frozen, thin, and had none of the flaky, soft texture you’d expect. It honestly felt like something straight out of a cheap freezer pack.
The biryani was even worse. The portion size was ridiculously small for a “buy 1 get 1” deal, and the taste? Completely off. Over masalas,poorly cooked, and just not enjoyable at all. It felt like zero effort was put into it.
Total waste of money. I ordered through Uber Eats expecting decent quality, but this was a huge letdown. If this is the standard at this location, I won’t be ordering again—and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
