The experience we had at the Cheesecake factory was beyond amazing. Our server didn’t come right away so I thought because we were seated in the bar area we had to give our order to the bartender, that wasn’t the case this charming gentleman walked by I’m assuming he was in charge I asked him a how we order on this side, he told us he would get our server.

I go back and forth with this place. Depending on how crowded they are will determine your experience. I think, like most restaurants, they are struggling with staffing, so your waiter or waitress can get overwhelmed with all the tables being sat close in time.

The menu is a weird mix of foods which can be good if you’re trying to please a family of 5 like I was. Portions are good sized & service was very friendly. A little pricey but what isn’t these days?

Unfortunately I can’t really review the food. Because I was seated at a table and sat for 25 minutes without being approached once to take my order. 8 of their wait staff walked by. None of them bothered to take my order. It got to the point where the couple next to me actually said I should go back up front and ask to be placed in a separate section where the wait staff were more attentive. Instead, I went one better and found a better place to eat. You should, too!

I have never had an experience like I had tonight out anywhere. I have food allergies, I clearly told my waitress what they were. I thought by ordering a burger I would be safe with a side salad. I was told the dressing was safe to eat. When I got my food my burger did not come out with a gluten free bun. I told the waitress and she went to correct it. As I took a bite into my salad the dressing appeared to have peanuts in it. Even though I was told it was safe. When my waitress finally came around she apologized like it was not big deal. Then took it in the back to make sure it didn’t have my allergen. She comes back and says even though it doesn’t have nuts it has your other allergen in it (gluten). Like what the heck you told me it was safe for me to eat. The managers never came to my table. Nothing was done. When I finally went and sought out the manager myself he said he would check and then never came back out. Then I went back to look for him and got another manager who told me they take allergies very seriously. Yet…. they sent me out a bun on my suppose to be gluten free burger. It’s not easy eating out with food allergies. And I thought I was safe with a burger clearly not. I’m very annoyed, paid my bill and will never return. If you have food allergies DO NOT go here !!!

Very nicely located within freehold mall. Convenient and easy access .. we just sat in the bar as it was a quick drink/food . Service in bar was good .
