We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Both the sushi and the ramen were excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. Everything we tried was delicious, and we left truly satisfied. We’d happily return and definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves great sushi and ramen.

The food and drinks were great. Definitely a place to go if you looking for some sushi in Bremen. The service was very poor. First of all no one properly greeted us when we came inside. After we spent around 10 minutes at our table I had to go and grab the menu by myself, which is unacceptable by such price level.

I have tried lot of ramen. Please dont even think to try it from here. This was not even good. No flavour. Ordered tonkostu ramen, broth tasted plain, no flavour at all, even the pork meat, noodles was half cooked, don’t feel fresh. It was really disappointing to be frank. Had two started, karaage chicken still not good. Gyoza chicken was normal, better than this two. Homemade icetea drink, some assam lemon, it was a nice one. Over all food wasn’t great. Place has a good ambience inside and outside seating. Not even crowded place. Staff was a great person ! But not worth money for food !! I dont know about the sushi.

We booked table only for 2 pax, another 4 pairs of people arrived at the same time. We had to wait 15 min till big table leave… then all the others were seated, only me and my friend were let waiting further. The waiter checked only with us, we really booked (none else was checked being on the list), then, some minutes later, we were told, we will get table in 5 minutes – while all the tables were full… in another 10 minutes, we were finally seated – not at normal table, but at the window bar. Then it took another 20 minutes to get menu. Later we ordered – in 10 minutes we got our starters, but for a drinks we had to wait another 20 minutes. The food was good, but the service really ruined the overal experience and impression despite good potential. I can understand to get busy in the most exposed time (Saturday, at 19 o’clock), but rather hire more staff for the weekends, or simply reject people without reservation. Otherwise there is no point to book a table in advance. Personally, unless living close by, it does not worth to come for dinner in the peak time. Perhaps lunch time might be better.

The chicken miso ramen was delicious and I can definitely recommend it.

Very tasty traditional Japanese food and beautifully designed restaurant with impressive wall art. Nice personnel and you can take the rest of your food home, if you don’t finish it there. Overall just so good! It doesn’t just bring you delicious food but also brings you closer to the culture!

Akashi offers some of the freshest and most beautifully presented sushi I’ve had in Germany. The quality of the fish is excellent — especially the salmon and tuna — and the rice is perfectly seasoned. Their menu has a great balance of traditional options and more creative rolls.

We went there in the evening and had a really great experience. The food was absolutely amazing (Chicken katsu & Spicy chicken ramen) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I are big fans of the japanese cuisine and this place is really awesome. I hope we will be able to come here again next time we visit Bremen. Prices are also totally reasonable for the quality and amount of the dishes.

The soup of the ramen wasn’t very tasty and the noodles where bland and overcooked. The egg and meat were very good. The waiting time was a bit excessive because they were packed! Their sushi looked very good tho. I would go back to try more stuff.
