Food Out of This World — Simply Amazing
I’m honestly speechless — the food at Roberto’s Italian Restaurant was absolutely phenomenal! Every dish we tried was excellent, but the steak was on another level — perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor.
I also contacted the restaurant to let them know it was my anniversary, and they went above and beyond to perfect the arrangement. Everything was just exquisite and thoughtful — it made our celebration truly memorable.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, making it perfect for a relaxed and unforgettable dining experience. Honestly, I can’t recommend Roberto’s enough — if you love Italian food, this is a must-visit!

I got grilled beef tenderloin and pasta and both of them were AMAZING
All of our requests were fulfilled and the waitresses gave us our own privacy and they were cheerful

A hidden gem in Alexandria. Lovely atmosphere ….welcome team ….tasty foods . Ravioli was professionally prepared. The pizza was wood oven backed.

Terrible experience. LOONG wait time for EVERYthing. We were told we had to spend 2000EGP but most of the menu was unavailable so we couldn’t make the most of our deposit. Multiple attempts made to try to order.
To top it off, they charged us for a dish we sent back. A FULL dish, untouched bc the seafood was very overcooked.
VERY disappointing and overpriced, it is a shame to Italian cuisine.

One of the worst experiences, the wait time was far too long taking up to an hour for a single dish, the seafood my wife had in her pasta was overcooked and we sent it back and they still charged us for it, and we were told we had to spend a minimum of 2000 pounds when we didn’t have to.

Great beef carpaccio, good pizza, nice service, i am always happy before i get my steak… usually getting medium is a lottery and my last steak was probably swimming in the sea for few hours (too salty, i could not eat it). In general its a good restaurant, food is fine, i am just dissappointed with meat and how they waste it

Very nice and worm place, inside of Hilton Green Plaza Hotel, good to go with friends and family for dinner, last time we ordered prawn pizza, Cesar salad and pasta, over all very good taste and experience.
