The place is small but enjoyable. Some places to sit at and enjoy conversation while having a coffee or a hot chocolate and some food. The owner is awesome. I recommend trying this out even if you’re not a coffee person. He even does smoothies too.

Bill, the proprietor is friendly and engaging… and he really cares about the quality of coffee! His go-to bean is from Capitol City Coffee Roasters in Gloversville, NY. Besides coffee and teas, Roasted offers excellent local pastries and freshly prepared breakfast sandwiches. Highly recommended!

I am a resident of Sidney, and I had passed by this place way too many times without stopping in to check it out. So yesterday my boyfriend and I decided we would try it. We are both big supporters of local business, but small coffee shops can be hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks are poorly crafted or the quality of the coffee is poor, but Roasted was the complete opposite. My latte was absolutely phenomenal, and as someone who has decent coffee knowledge myself and is fairly picky with my coffee drinks, I was extremely impressed. I was also really pleased with the amount of flavors available. The owner (?) was very welcoming and made our visit really pleasant. I also decided to pick up a molasses cookie, and it was the best molasses cookie I’ve ever had. Truly cannot recommend this spot enough, I love having something so delicious right in town.
