Now playing see why everyone says you must eat here, i have been to Midland on business many times over the past few years and everyone always told me to try this place and we’ll I finally did. I was promptly seated the host was friendly and accommodating, nice atmosphere and very clean from what I can tell, I like that you have a view of the back of the house and nice looking bar area. Anyways my server Brooklyn was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a Michelob ultra and their deviled eggs for an appetizer, I loved the deviled eggs as that was the first time I ever found them as an appetizer at a restaurant. They were delicious. I loved the bacon and they had a nice spicy finish to them, but not too spicy. For my entrée, I had a double cut pork chop, seasoned with herbs and topped with a bourbon sauce. It wasn’t overbearing, served with a spaghetti squash that was cooked perfect. They had lots of great menu, items and choices, and I can’t wait for the next time that I’m in Midland to stop in here and try something else off the menu. The bathrooms were clean and just the overall experience was great. Service was awesome, lots of great choices for all sorts of appetites given vegetarians. It is definitely worth stopping in if you are here.

Very nice place to eat in Midland. I got the double cut pork chop with mashed potatoes and it was a great choice. My companions got the steak salad and the Texas pork back ribs: the salad was good, but nothing special on the back ribs. There are plenty of options on the drinks menu, so definitely you’ll find something that matches any preference. Service was good and the place was clean and friendly.

Great experience for lunch. I had my supervisor come visit and we decided to stop here for lunch. There was a line but it didn’t seem like that long of a wait. The staff was super friendly but with the noise it was hard to hear what the waiter was saying. The food came quick and was pretty good, I thoroughly enjoyed my burger. My supervisor loved her pizza as well. We recommended the peanut coleslaw that was fire.

We had a friend’s birthday party and Lexi was our waitress and she was so awesome!! She was friendly and beautiful and knew about our questions we had about all the dishes and drinks. She was patient with us as we had not been here before. The ladies that helped her with us were great also!! The manager was making sure we had all we needed. We will definitely be back!! Loved this place!!

I had a tasty draft (Community Honey Citrus Blonde) and a delicious pizza – the Pig Pizza. But on a great crust, this pizza is worth getting again. Brick oven fired for a perfect crust, crumbled Italian sausage, flavorful fennel and Italian spices, slightly salty bacon – all orchestrated for a great dining pleasure. Be sure to get a side of hot (temperature) marinara sauce for dipping. Also, the pizza stays crispy since it doesn’t sit directly on the serving tray but a cooling rack – no moisture or soggy spots to be found!

Flavorful food, nice atmosphere! There is a good selection of starters, entrees, salads, pizzas and more. Something for everyone. I made a reservation and we were seated immediately. The server was knowledgeable and helpful as we were ordering. There is a spacious bar inside and outside patio seating available too. Our party of 5 really enjoyed our food and the restaurant!!

We decided to go out for dinner on a Monday right after 5pm. I’m glad we showed up when we did bc people started showing up & waiting for a table to be seated. I would suggest making a reservation if possible. We lucked out & showed up right before the dinner crowd started coming in. We were seated at a high top table, and our server was excellent. My husband even commented that we hadn’t had service like that in Midland, in a very LONG time. She kept checking on us, bringing us refills, she knew the specials, and was very pleasant. We had the fish tacos, with a side of zuchini & relish on top. The tacos were flavorful and filling. We also had salmon with lobster and a side of charred cauliflower and a cheeseburger with bacon & fries. The food was delicious! We did not see many children at this restaurant, maybe two families with small toddlers. They did not linger around after they were done with their meals. The atmosphere did start getting louder as the bar area increased in patrons. Towards the end of our meal, I felt like we had to talk over other people around us, just to be heard across our own table.

My husband and I dined last night at Cork & Pig. It was my first time at the Midland location and I wasn’t disappointed; my steak was succulent and cooked to perfection. Also, the deviled eggs were unique and DELICIOUS! We’ll be back!

The first time I visited the restaurant (6 months ago) I received good service and food, however I returned 4 months ago and my boyfriend and I sat waiting for a waiter for around 20 minutes. The food quality is inconsistent and service is not that good every time. I decided to give them another chance and came back a week ago. The service was excellent and the food was on another level (except for the chips, but it’s just for me)
