Such a quaint place full of history and a hint of wonder. The Doolittle Station is charming and great place to buy coffee, eat, and explore. Aegis Coffee sells a delicious German Chocolate coffee that tastes as good as it smells. The train cars and dinosaurs make it a fun stop for families traveling with children.

We were super excited to eat there again after they reopened, but ended up being very disappointed. We ordered chicken tenders, salad with steak, zucchini fries, and two small drinks which totaled $26. The chicken tenders were 7.50 for three of them, not the meal. They weren’t real chicken whatsoever, looked more like a chicken nugget they served in school. On the menu the salad says it comes with cheese, cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. I paid $3.50 extra for steak, which i was unaware was just steak ums, but the worst part was that it came out with just the steak and lettuce, we had to go up and ask for the other toppings and even the dressing. The such fries were the only thing that was okay, but $6 still seems like a bit much. We truly loved this place before and had high hopes after reopening! sadly don’t think we will be going here again..

Stopped for a quick lunch. Grandson wanted to see dinosaur park. Pretty impressive. I expected a few. There were quite a few and they were animated.

We were driving on a road trip and needed an afternoon snack. We felt called to ice cream and did not know anything else about the place. Little did we know we would stumble upon such a magnificent treasure! While it does not immediately smack you in the face and I’m sure some drivers may overlook this entirely, the dinosaur and historic train car collection was a beloved highlight of our trip that we are still talking about days later. This was the perfect chance to stretch our legs amid beautiful and whimsical scenery. I only wish there were more signs from the road to alert others of this remarkable site!

Very nice place, and has something for everyone.
The variety of food items is very large, and I haven’t had bad food here. It is very family oriented. All of the tables are a little different, which it makes it unique.

The food prices are very reasonable. They have deals through the week.

There is normally a short wait, but there are different things to see in and out of the resteraunt.

It is perfect to take a family or hang out with friends.

The restaurant was closed. The coffee shop was open but it’s expensive. We did see the dinosaur mini golf and detoured the trains. The place was clean

Today was our third family visit and this place definitely delivers on it’s promise.

We ate the Haddock fish with fries, sweet fries and union rings.

Fish was excellent and so we’re the sides

The service is excellent quick and friendly.

We recommend and highlight this place as one of the best place we eat in the area.

Three times says it all !

Great little place to stop, especially if you have kids. Decently priced. Friendly service. Friendly staff. Place needs some tlc. The mini golf is pretty dumpy but could easily be cleaned up. Maybe it’s just early in the season, and it will be fixed up, idk. Its also badly marked and no directions on where to go after getting your putter and ball on where to go so most people walk all the way back up the hill through the parking lot not knowing to go to the left of the ice cream building and between the buildings. The dinosaurs are cool if you have younger kids. They put vr chairs in a weird place, and they are really bad. 1 of the 6 work, and they are really badly located and just bad looking. Overall though younger kids would definitely enjoy it, and it’s worth the stop. 5$ a person to enter the dinosaurs and 4$ a person for mini golf. Spent 40$ at the depot, which I didn’t think was bad. I had 3 ribs beans and potatoe salad. My wife had brisket applesauce and sweet potato fries. My daughter had chicken nuggets, applesauce, and a cookie. The ribs were dry, but everything else was good. The staff everywhere was friendly. Our waiter was great. Will be trying the pizza next time and or the Angry Goat.
