We used to love this Hardee’s. My husband and I came in this morning and ordered. The coffee was cold, when he asked why, the employee went and microwaved it, the hash browns was cold abd the both biscuits. When we asked why, all we got was okay and got fresh ones, Neither employee asked did we want to wait for fresh food nor did they apologize or try to do anything about replacing it. I know everyone is struggling but you shouldn’t take it out on the customer.

Ordered a burger and apple pie. Burger left under oven lamp, while waiting 10 mins for apple pie to be made. Never again. The burger would of been awesome hot but left out for 10 minutes.

It’s 8.45pm we pulled in the drive thru to be told they are closed I looked online they do not close till 9 so why is the staff already in here sweeping and mopping the floor’s. If you are going to advertise a closing time why do you not follow what you advertise very disappointed in this type of service want be back..!!!!!!!

Ordered two hot dogs at 7:30 last night. No one in dining room. Pulled to the window. Sat there for 12 minutes. The attendant came to the window and told me they would have to make them as an order came in for ten. He gave my hot dogs to someone ordering after me. I am not sure what he wanted me to say. He told me it would take 10 more minutes. I agreed. He told me to pull forward. 4 other vehicles after me were served and left. No one was left to serve when I was served. So, I was intentionally served last. This is a shame. I like Hardees but will never go back to this location. Not unless it is sold and put under new, customer service oriented management.

This is the most disorganized fast food restaurant I have ever seen. It literally took 20 minutes get a hamburger and fries at the counter. The kitchen must be a disaster. What’s the time I got everything, the hamburger was cold. Avoid this place at all costs.
