Reservations highly recommended! Came here on our only night in Glenwood Springs, saw the reviews about reservations, but still wanted to give it a try. We were lucky and got bar seating immediately. The atmosphere and service was great. We were there on a Wednesday so we had half off wines, making it a great deal (the wines by the glass were very good quality and were poured generously). I had the beef wellington which I thought was good but not great, the meat wasn’t as tasty as I would have liked. My wife had the Salmon and said it was phenomenal. Afterwards I had the house special apple pie, which was incredible too! Overall we were very satisfied with our evening. Highly recommended.

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE! I have been a frequent customer since 2015 and this is the first time I did not enjoy my visit. Our waiter, and manager? Was very nice and chatty, and introduced Wine Wednesday, where every bottle is half off. We ordered two bottles, and ordered apps and two 16oz prime ribs that each couple were going to split as it is a big portion.
Dinner was fantastic until we got the bill. The couple visiting from Denmark then looked at the bill to find our 40 bottle of wine was changed to an 80$ bottle, when they asked if we’d like water they brought 4 individual bottles at 7$ each AND they charged each person a 2$ upcharge for sharing plates! As my guests were paying, they had the conversation with the server to rectify the wine error. But didn’t remove the sir charges which we were not informed of when ordering. Europeans already find tipping odd, since they have different pay structure, but when you get hosed like this, do you really expect to give a tip on top of the scamming? CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

The service here was great – the food, not so much. The place looked nice so we went, but the prime rib sandwich had just a couple meager pieces of dry grey meat, the lasagna was subpar and even the roast garlic appetizer seemed off as many pieces were harder than one usually expects. None of the four of us particularly liked our food. However, the wine flight and martini were excellent and our server was nice. If we went back, it would be for drinks.

Our dinner at the Riviera Supper Club and Scratch Kitchen was a delightful experience. I had the salmon with vegetables, and the flavors were beautifully developed—the seasoning was spot-on, and the cook on the fish was perfect. The portion was quite generous. I also tried their navy bean soup, which was rich and flavorful, though a bit heavy on the bacon. The wait staff were highly attentive, adding to the positive experience. I appreciated the option of filtered or sparkling water as a thoughtful touch. My husband had the prime rib sandwich, which he found tasty, though the prime rib itself was overcooked. While not everything on the menu is scratch-made, the items that are truly shine. The atmosphere, however, could use a refresh, as its character feels a bit underwhelming.

I prefer to choose healthier options whenever possible, I order the Dummer stew with a variety of beans and vegetables-I taste it and it was very tasty, but m it was drowned in oil-Canola oil of all things!! So the health benefits of the beans and vegetables, was cancelled by the nasty oil!
Please, please don’t add nasty oil to something that is perfect without it!!

The food was great. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. The waitress is very good and looks like she really loves her job. Her smile brightens everyone. She’s very friendly to her customers. That night there was a baby who is crying and shouting but other than that it was a nice experience.

We loved this place last time we came to Glenwood and loved it again this time. The garlic shrimp was amazing!!!! My husband also loved his prime rib. All of the staff that helped us were awesome as well.

Excellent restaurant in Glenwood Springs with a really unique menu! They also have a fabulous mocktail menu, in addition to a wide selection of beer, wine, and other cocktails.
We enjoyed a smorgasbord! We ordered the roasted garlic appetizer, salads, the salmon entree, the duck entree, and creme brulee for dessert! That’s probably the best meal I’ve had in a while!
Wonderful service, great atmosphere, and the food was incredible!!
