I moved here in 2008 so I have been coming to this location for a very long time. I use to order 2 pizza nearly every week for years. However for the last couple years I’ve been ordering less often and this last order will be my last. The price increase over the years is expected with inflation so I’m not even worried about that, it’s the quality of the pizza going downhill, I think it fell off a cliff.
The pizza use to be so good for the price with a good amount of toppings, but now I honestly feel like you get 1/3 amount of toppings you use to in the past. I’m not even kidding when I tell you that I can buy a frozen pizza at kroger for half the price and it will have more toppings and taste better, so sad.
So now when I want a good pizza I drive to Suwanee for a real pizza cause Riverside pizza is just selling you dough and cheese.

You’d think after waiting 50 minutes, the pizza would at least be hot. All were cold, including the cinnamon sugar bread. One pizza didn’t even have the right toppings. Same goes for the last 3 visits. We’ve been customers for 10 years, but this was definitely our last time ordering from Riverside.

I went to this place on 10/31. I placed an order for two pizzas and an order of bread sticks. I waited for 45 minutes and never received any food and I could not get anyone to help me with a refund. They were completely ignoring everyone except for people who had ordered online or in the drive thru. The service is completely unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge with my bank since I could not get anyone to help me. I will not be back. What exactly is the point of having check #’s on the tickets if you are in no way going to use any sort of system!

Stopped by on our way through town and SO glad we did. Pizza, cheese bread, and breadsticks were phenomenal! Wait time was reasonable and we enjoyed it outside at the patio tables. Staff was friendly (we spoke to Steven several times and he was very polite and helpful). Awesome experience! Wish we had one of these back home!

I order from this riverside all the time I even recommend them too ppl that come in and visit countless times….. however this one particular time my experience was horrible. BEYOND HORRIBLE , & is this there first mistake absolutely not a pizza missing toppings here n there which have probably happened 3x within a year so no problem , but nothing major to do a review …. However tonight I got my kids a pizza maybe 50 min before close placed my order at 838 picked it up around 8:50….8:55 the latest they said a 15 min turnaround time …. Ok I get there get my pizza u open it due to the missing ingredients last time I was there but didn’t complain , & my pizza looks weird of course nothing like I never get but im like oh well im tired I dont want to be a burden or pain. I live 3-4 min away I get home my pizza is cold a winter in Ohio. I call to let them know and Mr. Riley the so called “district manager “ went into a whole debate with me on my reasoning of calling which was two things barely cheese which I get feta , normally I have a nice amount but that wasn’t a big issue because I know ppl make pizza different so whatever the maker this night was a horrible pizza maker, but a cold pizza is ridiculous like I hate that I have to cut them off on ordering here but back to dominoes I go this have been the WORST PIZZA & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! My 3 year old won’t even touch it

I’m not really sure why I waited 30 minutes for breadsticks and a pizza when I was the only person in the drive thru. To top it off, the breadsticks were slightly warm and the pizza was stale and cold. We ended up throwing the pizza out after taking a bite. I don’t mind waiting, but the pizza should be fresh.

This guy was great! The place was slammed drive thru full. So I decided go in…. My shoes home by door…ugh.
A few folks behind me rudely bothering him…I just need my order. Hell they were probably in a hurry too…I growled at one.
The kid was a champ. Kept smiling putting out fires. Think he was from up north around the Great Lakes area. The guy in line got quiet when I asked if he had a camel! Probably does…
🙂 there’s a lesson here. Try be nice even when in a hurry…
