This week’s review is Milano’s. We decided to check this place out mid week. The atmosphere and waitstaff was wonderful. Ordered the plater appetizer and it rates a 10 of 10 with the onion rings being the perfect whole dipped onion rings. They were cooked to perfection and the jalapeno poppers were so e of the best that I have had across the U.S. we also ordered the Milano special pizza and ilagain the homemade crust and topping were among the best that I have ever had. This little hidden gem just south of Elkhart is a serious place to visit for dinner. I am eating it 5 out of 5. Don’t miss a chance to eat here. We will be returning.

Vintage Italian pies uses the more expensive‘aged mozzarella , really comes through on the pizza. The place hasnt changed, at all, since 1983. Excellent meatballs too.

Traditional Italian-Elkhart restaurant. Solid food. Feels like family. Whether you pop in to eat or grab a pizza to take home on a Friday night, you will not leave hungry.

I really like Milano’s pizza. It’s one of my favorite pizza spots. You won’t be disappointed.

Love the combo pizza. I think it is best in town. The size is more than enough. An extra small feeds more than 2 people. For $23. It’s run by an Italian Family that has lasted in the community for many years. The owner is all business, a bit gruff, but is a very busy man supporting a team of family members.

One of the best pizzas in town. Classic Elkhart local Italian style. Thick crust, loaded with good cheese and great toppings.

Used carry-out because their delivery had gone home an hour before they closed. I ordered garlic bread with cheese, but they gave me breadsticks with cheese instead.

I grew up in the area and I have had pizza from this place for over 35 years. Now I live 90 minutes away and will still travel to just get their pizza. It’s family run & top quality, using fresh ingredients that produces a top quality result.
My wife is from New York City and swore that NYC had the best pizza until she had Milanos. Now she asks to take a trip just to get their pie.
This trip we also tried their lasagna…
If you’re in the area or potentially close, do yourself a favor & stop in for great food!

Loved eating here! Quaint little place with very good pizza. Way better than chain pizzerias like little caesars or pizza hut. Our server was very nice and helpful. We ordered a 16″ for the two of us and it was huge! Usually they’re much smaller for mediums. Loved it.
