Jan 24th 2026 4:30 pm we had a party of 4. My son ordered the roast beef sandwich. It was full of grissle in every bite. He tried 3 bites and spit them into a napkin. Called the waitress over and explained. She was very receptive. At this point my son lost his appetite and didn’t want a replacement. Our check came and I questioned why the sandwich was still being charged to us and she explained the owner refused to remove it from our bill. Unbelievable for a business owner not to make this right. We were regular good tipping customers but not anymore. We always liked our food and service until today. For got my fries, my sister didn’t get her fries on her salad. No refill on my drink, BUT The Waitress did a Amazing job keeping cool and tried making everything right. My food was good and the Waitress did great! Staffing was terrible. 1 new cook and not having enough staff.

Ordered food for take out, I ordered the Indian BBQ it didn’t say that it had coleslaw on it on the menu got home it was covered in coleslaw I also order brew city fries. They told me to pick it up at 6pm got there a few minutes after went home right after picking them up and everything I ordered was cold the sandwich feels like it just came out of the fridge and it looks like BBQ you would get from catering out of one of those large aluminum containers.

Recently went in this past Sunday as I haven’t been in town in a while. I really wanted some wings so decided to go to one of my favorites. They had a sign that said seat yourself so me and the two others I was with did. Waitresses saw us and continued on with what they were doing. 10 mins went by and they decided to start cleaning and not one person checked on us. We ended up walking out.

I’m craving for burger and hubby wanted some wings so we came to this place on a Sunday afternoon. The ambiance is very welcoming, has quite a few TV’s and the waitresses are all very friendly.
Hubby had the Southern Dynamite & Garlic Parmesan wings, both ain’t too bad but nothing to write home about. I had the Spartan burger in medium but came out more like medium well, it’s a good size burger and everything is fresh but I guess they are short on salt or any kind of seasoning cause it’s pretty bland.
Probably will go elsewhere when I’m in the mood for burger next time.

Went for lunch during all of this craziness going on in the this world. Ended up having a good lunch with my family. All of the cutlery was pre-packaged forks and knives then spoons came seperate, if needed. All the servers wore face masks and gloves. Seemed to be very sanitary around the customers. There is a sign that says must wear face mask to enter, which is nice even though most local people don’t follow the guidance throughout the state.
Service was fast and friendly. We all got entrees with one appetizer and a side. All were satisfied with our food.
Got the French onion soup, it was chock full of onions not too much broth. Could’ve used another minute under broiler to brown up the cheese a bit, overall a good soup. The mac n’ cheese bites were on point, not overlly cheesey but good flavor and fried nicely.
My main was a dozen wings (half southern dynamite/ half sweet heat) and a side of the brew city fries. Wings were good, not spectacular, and sauces were a good option. I was looking for some more heat but it did the trick and all wings were drenched in sauce. The brew city fries were a beer battered fries which gives them a nice crust and excellent flavor.
The other mains were the Buffalo chicken salad, which was recommended to us by our server and was kind of disappointing. It was a chopped salad that was on a flatter plate, which is not the correct vessel for a salad of that size. Then knight burger was cooked well and had good seasoning with house fries. Then the last was ham tailgater with the works minus the peppers. All were good mains except the salad because of the plate and the fact that it’s a chop salad, so trying to stab with a plastic fork isn’t gonna work well.

BEST WINGS IVE EVER HAD. I’ve had a lot of wings in my life and the bar is very high. I was worried about the quailty and the taste. They were so crispy, so meaty, juicy and yummy. I’ve been looking for a wing spot and this will forever be my go to spot.

Never again. After waiting over 40 minutes AFTER my call ahead order was supposed to be done. I have wings that still have feathers on them and the fries were way over cooked. The food was borderline gross at this point. I realize they were busy but cmon this is ridiculous. I barely got an apology about the wait or any offer to compensate me. Look elsewhere for good food.
