Rivales Restaurant (Downtown Palm Beach) is hands down one of my favorite spots!
Every time I come in, the vibe is on point, the drinks are made perfectly, and the service is consistently AMAZING.
Huge shoutout to my favorite team there — Michael, Cesar, Valerie, Anabella, Ashley, and Brunella — they always go above and beyond and make you feel like family the second you walk in. Whether it’s a quick drink or a full meal, they’re always attentive, friendly, and truly care about the experience.
And special respect to the owner Jimmy for running such a great place and keeping the standards top level every single day.
If you’re looking for great food, great drinks, and even better service, Rivales is the place. Highly recommend!

I walk by this place probably a hundred times and always wondered what the food was like… We were going to a concert in the area so I checked it on Google maps and I got a really high score, and after eating there we determined it deserved it. My burrito was delectable, the street corn was great, And everything we had was wonderful. Services was top notch too.

Addendum: it was so good I returned for dinner on the same day with my family lol. Ordered about a third to half of the menu, food was still amazing and Annabella looked after us so well with such great attention to details I was completely floored. Thank you Annabella 🙂

The establishment is currently undergoing renovations, which necessitates the provision of outdoor seating. Nevertheless, the experience is well worth it. The food was exceptionally fresh, bursting with flavors, and truly exceptional. Our server, Stephanie, provided outstanding service and was highly attentive. She also offered insightful information about the restaurant, its ingredients, and the proprietors. While I initially perceived it as just another American-Mexican restaurant, it undeniably embodies authenticity.

Last stop of the day so just sat at the bar and had a couple of happy hour house Margaritas and some dessert. Service was good and friendly and the ambience is quite modern and not your classic Mexican Restaurant vibe and I say that as a good thing. Had already eaten before my visit but the food coming out looked really good so I will have to return with an appetite.

Mike and Caesar were unbelievable, outstanding, fabulous and beyond any server/bartender in my experience! They always have a smile and a hug and everything comes out so fast and so delicious! We love them and Rivales!
