Todays the 26th…. and they legit handed this to me. When I took it back no sorry. Nothing, I asked for something in exchange. It’s a soft serve ice cream sandwich……. it’s been sitting that long… come on. I understand “kids” and “turnover” but come on…. reading the expiration date is basic. I guess i’ll start going to the drive thru one.

The worst Rita’s I’ve ever been to. This Rita’s used to be the best when they had different franchise owners. Every time I go, They have a whole line of customers and 4 workers inside and only open one window. The workers talk to each other loudly and don’t pay attention to the guest. There are ants all over the counters(because they don’t bleach them). They are not trained properly in making specialty items like milkshakes and blendinis. I will be going to the Rita’s in Blackwood from now on because it’s 5 minutes away from this one.

The staff is always so friendly. Even when there are long lines they are fast and get you in and out. You can tell the people who work there are local because everyone seems to know everyone. It’s cute and has some chairs and tables on the side of the building.

Not as described in pictures no chocolate chips around the cookie ice cream sandwich. Especially when you only wanted one but they make you buy 6. So my brother tried one to and we both had one now we can’t give them away even in this heat wave. Waste of money especially when we don’t like to waste money on something we never had before. This cures me on buying a 6 pack on something you never tried before.

This Rita’s doesn’t seem to disappoint. Always engaging and each employee there always offers to sample a new flavor. They take great pride in their customer service. From the ownership to the staff, they are always pleasant and keep you coming back for more. I’ve been to a lot of Rita’s but these guys put the “G” in great and represent the Rita’s Water Ice brand perfectly.
