The girls that work there are always friendly and polite. It’s the clientele that can be rough at times. There are times where every one in front of you can ask for free samples and then not end up buying anything and just walking away. I wish they could put a limit on how many samples you can ask for. Or make a separate line for those who have no clue and just want a sample. This way the paying customers can get in and get out. Regardless, tonight I found out that they have a “pup cup” as well! This makes my dogs walk to Rita’s with me just THAT much better!

Legit got here @9:03 pm, my phone states they close @10pm. I walk up to the window with my 10 year old daughter & the girl working there legit just closes the blind right in my face doesn’t say anything & walks away. So rude if you were closed you could have atleast told me instead of legit closing a window blind in someone’s face that’s clearly very rude. I spend a lot of money here never coming here again.

they always have attitudes and are so ignorant and dont like doing their job. if you cant do customer service dont work it then. it would greatly appreciated to be respectful while working with many people through out the day. even picks up the phone with a problem and i dont see why, they should fix it and find better people

I tried calling several times to place a party pack order and no one answered the phone. I didn’t have the time to run to the store until the day I needed some water ice. I was told that the phone wasn’t working and the only way to get a party pack was to order ahead of time. I wound up just ordering a few quarts at the store. Seriously though, if you want people to place orders ahead of time, have a functioning communication system in place.

It’s everything you would expect from a Rita’salesys a fun stop, I wish they had more of a variety of flavors as I had a hard time finding one I wanted. I ended up just getting a black and white milkshake, which was very good, hopefully they’ll have more of the flavors of water ice that I like throughout the summer .

Great Rita’s location! It’s my go to one when I am in the area. I haven’t been there in a while but it was always great. There were frequently lines but the employees are friendly and work fast to get the water ice out. They were never bothered when I asked to try a flavor and their custard is amazing. The parking is scarce so be aware during busy times but other than that it’s perfect!

Only one person working at 1pm during the summer. Huge line all the way out to the street. Service was fantastic, and the girl at the window was working her tail off. Need more people serving customers during the height of the day.

It’s a rainy night. I know Rita’s has a rainy day special where they will give you BOGO if it’s raining. Everyone standing under the awning to stay out of the rain and lightning while the one employee moves like molasses. She tells me it’s not raining and she won’t give us the special despite everyone in line telling her that it’s raining. Literally the only reason I got in my car to get water ice on a stormy night was for the special. I will never do that again! Cheap! Don’t deserve my business.
