Stay away. I ordered the sashimi and it was clearly past its prime. The fish looked dull and discolored, and the taste was even worse—it was old, fishy, and completely unpalatable. Serving raw fish in this condition is not just disappointing; it’s a health hazard. I couldn’t finish it and definitely won’t be back. spent more than 60 dollars and was told would receive free item they made a whole scene and then made me wait longer items were not ready at the time they said. waste of money and time, will never eat here again. do not recommend going at all. speaking in a different language and cannot provide basic customer service.

Tried dealing with the owner when they messed up my order, but as soon as I called to let them know there was an issue, they hung up. I tried calling block only to have a recording say “the customer is not picking up the phone now”, so I thought you all should know that this place (with the new owners) is not anywhere near how good it was before. Miso soup was disgusting. Flavoured water at best. No miso taste. Repeated back to me 4 times that the rolls will have no roe, yet they all did. Fried tofu and gyoza was full of oil. The whole order was inedible and they did not want to make it right. SO many sushi places in Aurora. Will definitely not be back at this one ever again. Worst meal I have ever had at a sushi restaurant.

Firat time trying Japanese food here in Aurora. It has been a long time since I moved out of the lovely, peaceful town. I can’t believe now they have such a great, tasty Japanese food that. The price is significantly lower than average. I hesitated a bit when i placed the order, but ended up completely surprised by it. The appetizers plate is hugh, sashimi is fresh, and rice is tasty. Highly recommended.

I changed my review because this establishment has changed to no longer accommodate dine in. The last 4 times we have ordered from there the sushi has not met the quality they used to have. My friends and I would go monthly but now it seems it’s not going to be opening up dine in again. I would give them 1 star because of how bad the food has been but I’m hoping they open their doors to dine in again so my friends and I can enjoy the experience we once had, but I’m not holding my breath. Being in the restaurant industry I understand it’s more inexpensive to not have dine in, but as of right now you have lost some loyal customers.

Past 1-2 years quality has dropped dramatically and the fish they are using is either super low quality or on the verge of going bad. You can taste this when eating the sushi. Leave a bad taste lingering in your mouth afterwards. Would NOT recommend buying sushi from here, there are many other great places nearby, even across the street, for similar if not the same prices.

Service is good, new owners are friendly and kind. My family loves going because of their customer service. The tofu appetizer has changed but the maki rolls and soup, rice, noodles and so on, are still great. Definitely recommend getting a bento box if you want a variety and a good deal
