Great location for a privately owned franchise. Only complaint is that some corporate owned locations get different pizza, appetizers or deals that are available here. The staff is friendly, delivery is on time and hot. Manager is quick to handle any issue. Though in our house Oscar Mayer Viener is Marcos #1 fan!

Decided to do a pick up just to save a bit of money and it was only slightly out of the way omw home. They charged me a “delivery driver” charge or something like that. And still had the nerve to have a tip line on the charge slip. I guess it was some kind of gratuity. But for what? More recently decided to have one delivered x large bbq chicken instead of large. Well the pizza was xtra large but the cheese and toppings were for a large only. the rest was dry pizza and crust. and the delivery guys never read delivery instructions.

We bought a house around the corner, never liking Marcos in the past I was skeptical to order but did anyways.
It’s been a year and we order at least twice a month. We are never disappointed! They are always so quick, friendly and the food is always extremely hot when they arrive.
They are so generous with the toppings and always make the cheesy bread PERFECT (it’s my daughter’s favorite).
I ordered Marcos by my sisters house and it was highly disappointing compared to this location. They are the best!

The pizza is good here but this location has lost my business. Every time I see a good deal advertised by Marco’s, this location decides not to honor it. Medium 1 toppings for 6.99 right now at at every other Marco’s in the area except this one. They’re charging 30% more, $9, and that’s completely ridiculous. I just ordered from a different location even though this one is only two minutes away. I recommend you do the same.

I called and asked what the specials were, he politely answered my questions and assisted me with my order. When I arrived it was just being completed (right on time). The man at the counter looked at everything individually and compared it to the receipt to make sure the entire order was ready to go. I appreciate that they don’t want you to leave and find out something wasn’t in there. The pizza was perfect. This was my first time trying Marco’s Buffalo style Hot Wings, I was impressed and I will order these again for sure. Tie this in with Marco’s Pizza giving back to the community with school night and it’s a win for sure.

Pizza was overdone….it tasted like it had sat and been recooked to heat it up. It tasted like cardboard….. usually I’m very pleased with Marcos. But I was very disappointed!

I’ve ordered from this location for 10 years never had a problem. Until tonight. Ordered our usual order and when it was delivered my pizza was completely missing the pepperoni on it and was under cooked. Called the store and was told I could have a $5 credit for next time for a $15 pizza that isnt edible. No offer to remake it or anything. Can’t even eat it because the dough isn’t cooked all the way and the veggies on it are crunchy. Sad to see this location go down hill and employees not caring about anything but rushing through orders to get out early. Whoever the girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive, and hung up on me after saving a $5 coupon under my phone number after she looked up my order.

The employees are awesome. The franchisee and the manager, not so much. My husband got a lite sauce and got extra sauce 2 times in a row. The manager said he would remake it. Came in today and the manager decided that he won’t. I was also trying to order on the phone to pay for our family dinner. They dont honor my rewards, nor would the manager give me 2 off for one pizza. The Texas Roadhouse we ordered instead was phenomenal. Glad my tip and money were spent elsewhere. We’ll go to North Ridgeville instead if we want Marcos again.
