I absolutely LOVE the vibes and the amazing staff at Rise and Shine! Staff members are always knowledgeable in their products and very helpful with suggestions for ingredient replacements or flavor decisions! Every weekend my son and I treat ourselves to an energizer/smoothie after grocery shopping and he loves it as much as I do! I recommend Rise and Shine to EVERYONE I meet!!

A short but fantastic experience! The menu has so many options which appealed to me that is took me a while to pinpoint what I liked best and I will certainly be revisiting to try some of the other wonderful concoctions there. The atmosphere is very cute, simple, and elegant, and the staff was wonderful, extremely helpful and attentive. This little shop will absolutely be one of my new favorite haunts. LOVE RISE AND SHINE!! Always a joy to go in there it’s my second home away from home. And everything is so delicious and amazing. Those girls in there are my family and I’ll enjoy laughing with them any day over any Starbucks or high end brand. It’s not always about the products even though they are delicious it’s about the atmosphere and what you bring to the guest who comes in. I rest my case, a great business to be apart of and show your support too! Have you been here yet? The staff is super friendly, and the drinks are absolutely amazing. The Loaded Alani is my favorite, but the lattes and shakes are great too. They also have an awesome assortment of drinks and snacks in the fridge. I love that it’s such an easy stop before work—perfect for grabbing something quick and delicious!

They are great! Really enjoyed their drink Lil Mermaid, was not a fan of their Coral Reef but hey it’s not their fault I didn’t like it. Got to try them all so I know what I like and don’t like. They have been extremely helpful every time I go in there. Always so friendly and the ease of ordering is great! And I absolutely LOVE their energy and design inside. Just beautiful! The best tasting nutrition shop around!! I have never been more pleased with my nutritional experience!! I have to travel for work and I have visited almost every Herbalife shop up/down the east coast of NC & this lady has THE BEST place! Not only do her drinks taste phenomenal but she has a mixology about them!! Superb!! The vibe is Absolutely amazing! I ask for extra cinnamon all the time and not one person has a issue making them how I ask them too!! Even down to switching up and mixing my own flavors from my brain frame!! I know I may drive them a lil crazy with all my questions but they have been helping me through this journey! Blessed to have this place locally! I have now been a customer almost a year!!!

If you are living in or visiting the Crystal Coast, Rise and Shine is a must! The protein shakes are amazing. I recommend the Banana Pudding, it is better than a milkshake. Their teas are also so delicious. They have an extensive menu and happy atmosphere, you won’t be disappointed!
