I ordered a Sandwich, ask for extra jalapenos did not get them, on my sandwich. it was also cold by the time I got to my table. The service lady was not pleasant. I decided to order a another sandwich, with again, extra jalapenos, and asked if they could make sure it was hot this time.
The sandwich can back perfect. Hot with ex jalapenos.

I enjoy the enthusiasm of the employees of Pontiac location. The only criticism is it would be nice if the meat was evenly distributed in both sides of the me market fresh sandwiches. But I am satisfied with the whole experience. Free sandwich deal was a nice touch.

Beyond disappointed. First negative experience I’ve had at an Arby’s. First of all, I asked for diet Dr Pepper and they gave me a regular DP (I cannot drink the sugar of non-diet due to dietary reasons). Secondly, I’ve never had such a bad brisket sandwich. The brisket sandwich is almost always huge and packed with items. This one is smooshed down and awful looking. Very disappointing experience. The first time I can say this about an Arby’s experience.

I picked up a DoorDash order today. And the female employee at the front counter, wearing a gray beanie hat, and blue jeans was rude to me when I was just trying to wish her a nice day. She said “huh?” Over and over again and then laughed at me. I called the store to speak to the manager, and I don’t think they did anything about this rude service. You should probably avoid this location.

The girl that worked the window 6:20?sat ! Gave me a dirty look and was very rude because I asked her how much money did I give her ! . So I asked her , why was she so rude to me . Really like the restaurant but they should really be more selective about the chicken tenders they’re putting on their sliders. All I got was two bits of bread on bread with a bunch of sauce. The sliders would be great with just some quality control.

Stopped here to use the bathroom. Service was OK and the place felt a little dated. Did try the Loaded Italian and that was really good.
