My daughter is gluten free and the guy that was making the sandwich was not very help full. Usually the Whitehall store has a separate machine for this. I mentioned and the guy basically blew me off.
As you can see in the pictures, this got did not clean well at all. If my daughter had celiac disease I w oilfield have really been irrate but she is sensitive and so I figured she should be okay. Why is it so hard to get even basic customer service. I was disappointed with this store. I won’t return

I don’t know what happened my order yesterday but the rosemary parmesan bread on both of the sandwiches were hard and parm was crumbly. I asked for my sub to be toasted but it still came cold. @Jersey Mike’s you are one of my go to .Please don’t defect. I like my prediction games.

This will be my last time here! I’m tired of paying what I pay and not getting what I pay for! I work hard for my money and I expect to get what I pay for! Too many times I order extra meat and never receive it, the bread is hard 80%of the time and customer service is bad. I can’t say that for all of the employees but a good amount of them don’t care about making your food and they aren’t pleasant. I’ll spend my $$ at restaurants that are appreciate my business!
Update!!! I recently started visiting this store again. It has all different staff and seemed to be different… the first few visits were good and slowly depreciated thereafter… I enclosed pics of a #7 which is turkey and provolone… 1 slice of Turkey and a slice of provolone… This is what I paid $16.00 for?!?! Bread and lettuce?!?! This is by far!!! The worst JM location I’ve ever been to!

This location was a good overall experience. Staff was friendly, my cheesesteak was cooked quickly and was very fresh and hot. Their chipotle sauce added great flavor and moisture to it. Left very happy.
