I don’t know what happened. I’ve always loved their food. Picked up two plates to go recently and was so disappointed. I’d drooled waiting for the usual delicacy of their onion rings. When I opened them at home I couldn’t figure out what they were for a split second. No golden crust. Just slick, mostly black rings. We tried to eat them, but they were too hard. I’d asked for sauce on the side, but both came soaked. I will go back, but I’ll unpack and check before I leave next time.

My son and I traveled from Dacula GA to meet some family at Brad’s for a birthday celebration. From the time we walked in we were greeted and seated by Ms Missy. The aroma of the food was amazing. It was 11 of us and Ms Missy took care of our orders and did it with decorum and pleasantries. I will definitely visit here again when I’m passing through to Anniston.

Sometimes I should just know better, but I gave this place a try. Unfortunately for me the establishment was going to close a half hour before I arrived. So I ordered a full slab to go with sides. Once i returned to my hotel less than a mile away, I proceed to dine on my order. I am guessing the slab of ribs I received had been sitting under the warming lamp or a warm tray for a while. Not only were they over done, they were not even warm, more on the cool side. Like they were sitting out for some time. The side of BBQ sauce I received was warmer than the ribs. REALLY????? Does ANYBODY TRY THE FOOD BEFORE THEY SERVE IT ANYMORE??? If I owned this place I would be embarrassed by what they served me. Well it was a carry out meal, had I been served this in the restaurant, it would have went back IMMEDIATELY! A totally bad experience and the food was tough and cold. I have eaten and cooked more ribs than most of the population, so I really do know how they should be cooked and served. Brad’s evidently does not. SUCH A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Think twice before you order anything to go from here.

Excellent place to eat BBQ. The ribs are awesome. Try the Mac and cheese along with the baked beans for sides.
There is ample parking. The inside is very clean and spacious. I would definitely eat here again.

The food is just as good as the first time. BBQ plate with chopped meat and sauce was excellent baked beans and Mac and Cheese was consistently good again.
The scrambled hamburger was an exciting surprise. It’s like a sloppy Joe with coleslaw. Excellent concept. Juicy and delicious. Of course the okra and greens were exceptional as well.
The place was clean and the staff friendly. Make a point to visit here. You will not be disappointed.

My friend and I ended up here after a hike in Cheaha State Park. We were hankering for some good southern barbeque and this place delivered. I had the pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese, and collard greens. I loved the food I got. My friend got some ribs and he devoured them quickly and with gusto. They also had some interesting table ads to entertain you while you waited for your food. I would recommend stopping by while you are in the area. The table was a little dirty, but I was able to accept it because the food was so tasty.

While the food was good, I almost did not enter because of the NO FIREARMS allowed sign. I actually turned around and almost left but my wife suggested I give the food a try. I often conceal carry, for personal/family protection, and maybe the protection of others as well. Does any business owner really think that a criminal is going to read and obey the sign? A few concealed carry weapons, in today’s environment, might be more of a help than a hinderance. I respect the owner’s right to not allow me to carry my concealed handgun on their premises, and they would not have known, but any business that is so against my second amendment rights will not get my repeat business.

I can not say enough good things about this place. We just discovered Brad’s and had no idea they’ve been here for a long time. When I tell you that their pork is delicious, it is an understatement. We will definitely be back to enjoy more of this deliciousness!!!

Could have been better. Was expecting better, honestly. The ribs were great. Everything else was average. We saw our waitress once…Mac and cheese was subpar…greens were well ..left something to be desired.
