Really like this place. Close to home food is good, service has always been great, beers on rotation. What else could you ask for? Christmas Eve enjoying drinks and food. But, a customer came in with a little bulldog (didnt know dogs were allowed inside) sat at bar….then he was joined by another customer and from there on out….I had to listen to two blow hards compare notes and continue to one up one another as they stood behind me. Had to leave! Not a conversation I needed to listen too….nor wanted too. Hope I never find myself in this establishment with either one of these persons next to or by me again.

Sunrise Mimosa and cauliflower buffalo wings just to start. Forgot to take pics of the food but it was delicous!! Great place to watch the game either as a couple, friends or with family. Kids welcome! Wonderful atmosphere.

We were looking for a laid-back spot for our rehearsal dinner—something that could accommodate about 80 guests and still feel relaxed and celebratory. Ripon Taphouse ended up being the perfect choice.
Although they hadn’t hosted many large events before, they embraced the challenge with so much heart and enthusiasm and absolutely crushed it. Everyone had a blast. The vibe was exactly what we were hoping for: fun, casual, and full of good energy.
The food? Incredible. They adapted their regular menu to fit our vision perfectly—serving sliders instead of full burgers, crafting an allergy-friendly table (a huge hit with our allergy afflicted guests), and putting out total crowd-pleasers like the poke tower and the poutine. Our guests raved about the food all night.
The beer selection is next-level. They rotate their taps regularly, but everything is chosen with care. A green sour beer grabbed people’s attention—so unique and delicious. And there was also a berry-forward hard seltzer where the bartender turned into a “cobbler float” with a scoop of ice cream (for me, the bride!)—it was as fun and creative as it was tasty.
Chris and Mo went out of their way to make us feel celebrated and special. Their sincerity, flexibility, and genuine joy in hosting our event made the whole night feel magical.

Great taproom in Ripon. Bartender were really great help us decide which beer we were going to drink. I ended up getting star gazer hazy ipa and there soir they had on tap. We didn’t try the food but for sure we will be back.

Terrible service, my table was ignored the entire time. Server was talking to a table that was already done dining the entire time and did not once check in on us. The only time he did was to tell us that the kitchen was about to close and he finally got our main order. We had to get up and get him so we can pay the bill and just ask for a to go box. He left us with the device to pay with card and started chatting at the table again and never brought us our to go box. Our table was less than 2 feet away. Very disappointed with the service after being very excited to try this restaurant for the first time.

It’s a good sport for a beer, the selection was super solid. The food we got wasn’t great, my Reuben was actually fine (but it had the 1000 on the side and not enough Kraut imo), and I enjoyed it, but my kid was not a fan of their Quinoa Bowl. They wouldn’t come back. I’d probably stop back in though and get a beer and probably a pretzel or something.
It was clean the employees we’re great. They also have games on hand for you to play and had a great vibe.

Came in for a quick drink and bite i drank wifey ate the Philly… food came out in about 5 mins super fast she loved it my beer was cold and tasty! They have a well rounded menu and stuff for the kiddos aswell…atmosphere was chill being that there was only a few tables being occupied during our time there …they have board games and tvs with sports on! I would definitely come back and also recommend
