This was my first visit and I’m impressed. From the chips and salsa to the margarita to the enchiladas, everything was fresh and delicious. Nice atmosphere, friendly servers, fair prices. I’ll be back.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. Friendly atmosphere, music not too loud, and the owner was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend it. Oh, and the salsa is amazing.

Beef tacos were not seasoned or cooked to perfection how I would have liked it. It Had a bland taste. Beans were runny and flavorless.. I was actually quite disappointed considering this was my first time eating here. Would not recommend and that’s just my personal opinion.

The Quad Cities has no shortage of authentic Mexican restaurants, so it’s rare when I’m excited about a new one. I’m excited about Rio Grande. The food is fantastic, great Margaritas, and it’s clear someone takes pride in the food they are serving. We keep coming back time and time again. Pollo Jalisiense has become my new favorite.

Hands down the best Mexican food in town! Went on a Friday night and they had karaokee which was fun to watch, it wasn’t obnoxiously loud which I appreciated. The employees are very friendly and actually look like they enjoy their job.

I’m giving three stars, because the staff is very friendly. They try to accommodate as best as they can. I don’t often give bad reviews, but the food wasn’t as appealing as it looks. Their horchata was thick, and slimy on the bottom. Their queso and beans were very runny, and watery. They did not have the right texture, or even the texture they appear to have.
