Great boneless wings and I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. They weren’t hot-hot, but they were flavorful. The chicken was tender and of good quality. Kicking myself for not getting fries or onion rings. Oh well, next time I guess.

Chicken wing perfection. I asked for crispy wings and Richie delivered. He talked me into his “perfect hot” or “Richie” sauce – the former is appropriately named. The dine-in scenery is nothing to write home about, but the wings are glorious and I respect this guy’s ambition.

If any place was ever worth the wait, this is definitely it. We ordered the Richie’s Burger, and a dozen hot wings. Got them home, and the food was still hot, and oh man was it good. The “perfect hot” was just that, spicy and full of flavor but without the face melting hotness (he does have a hotter sauce, but I didn’t try them this time). The wings were large, not tiny like you get at the chain stores, and evenly covered and so very juicy. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for wings from here on out, and their burgers/etc were also very good. They are pretty much a 1 (or 2) person show, so it does take them a bit longer to get the food ready, but that seems to be because they take so much care preparing it.

I got the perfect hot wings and they were amazing. Yeah it takes awhile but it’s a one man show so you can’t complain. For those who want something hot then he has a “fire sauce” that will satisfy you, just be warned. Overall Richie is a great guy and I can’t wait to go back!

I just dont understand why it has 4.7 stars. I grew up in a restaurant and this was so disappointing that I didnt tip. if u have 3 hours to waste than this is the right place for u. I waited an hour for 16 wings to-go. I think they should sign up for kitchen nightmares.

Apparently the rest of you are going somewhere else because I tried this place for the first time tonight and if I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely disappointing and not worth my money. We paid $55 for two 10 piece wing, an order of fries, an order of onion rings, and two drinks. The fries were mushy and not even salted but he put that Cajun type seasoning on it so it had that flavor but they weren’t good. The wings were dry and didn’t have very much meat on them to begin with. I ate two of them and was disappointed and just sad. The “hottest” flavor isn’t even hot, and has a sweet taste to it as well. Overall not a good experience.

Food was really good. We had wings with the perfectly hot sauce. It wasn’t hot, but the flavor was really good. Only 1 person working, but I understand with the current state of the economy. We will be back!

The wings are served very crispy, which I love, and Richie’s sauce has a great flavor to it. I like spicy foods and the “Perfect Hot” was very tasty but not too spicy. Richie has some secret “extra spicy” sauce you can ask for but BEWARE! It is ridiculously hot and I would recommend only dabbing a drop or two on each wing. That is what I did and it added a nice slow burn. Overall the food was great and I will be back the next time I travel here.
