We enjoyed all of our food, it was very good. Our server was very attentive and brought us refills before we ran out. They have a variety of food and sushi as well as a lot of different boba flavors. The decor was nice, good place for family. Will definitely return to try different dishes.

We strayed away from our usual Best Pho House to try it here. I have heard great things so I was looking forward to it. Menu prices were kinda high. We ordered 3 kids meals which does not include their drink. We got the chicken bento box which included soup or salad, fried rice, pot stickers, spring roll and California roll. It was supposed to be 2 each of the pot stickers and spring rolls, it was only 1 spring roll and 3 pot stickers. The sushi did not taste fresh. The portion sizes were extremely small. We also got Szechuan beef with veggies and fried rice. There was a lot of onions and carrots but barley any mushrooms and peppers. It was not spicy at all, my 1 year old was eating it. Overall, the food wasn’t that great. It was very plain and we left still hungry. There is also a service fee for using a debit card which I didn’t see posted anywhere.
We will not be back and will stick with our usual where we know the food is great and we won’t leave hungry.

Me and one of my besties came in for dinner about 430pm. It wasn’t too busy at that time. Service was excellent as usual. Hunter served us and we even had a special roll made by Kristen. Everyone at Rice Box is super friendly and aims to please. We started with the special roll and an order of steamed dumplings and soup. For our entrees we had hibachi steak noodles and house special hibachi noodles with chicken, shrimp and beef. Everything was delicious as usual. Also put in a ToGo order to take home. Will definitely be back for more soon! King has a wonderful staff.

Food was delicious staff was prompt and kind. They even kept their cool when a Karen was being entirely unreasonable to the staff. 10/10 would eat here any day of the week.

Personally, take out at this location is perfectly fine, but I do not recommend going inside if you guys want to be catered to in an accommodating way.
First off, I want to say that we looked at the menu and made orders for pineapple chicken and Mongolian beef? Then the waitress proceeded to bring something that we did not order (schezwan beef) and then proceed to try and gaslight my girlfriend and I into saying that the thing that we ordered does not exist on the menu. Only to come back a minute or two later and apologize say that it is on the menu and take the food that my girlfriend was already picking around on and give it to them table beside us without taking it back or making a new dish or anything.
Just rude and no one enjoys a know-it-all attitude whatsoever. Straight up, picked it up After she took a few bites and set it down in front of the man and allowed him to eat off of the plate. Gross.
I understand that it was Christmas, but there is no reason that we had to wait in the establishment for around 55 minutes to an hour and 25 minutes for very simple plates that ended up being cold on arrival anyways.
Was pretty disappointing

We really enjoyed our chicken teriyaki bento boxes, and the orange yum yum sauce was so tasty! Youmei and Emma were so kind and they took great care of us! They recently started serving beer, so you can enjoy a beer with your meal or opt for a Japanese soda or Boba tea.
Be sure to stop by and while you’re there, tell them LOCAL said hello!

Update: One of our team members recently stopped by with her family, and let’s just say… there wasn’t a bite left on any plate.
Whether you’re craving a sushi roll, orange chicken, or a refreshing boba—this place hits the spot every time.

First please be aware that the door to the business is not safe. The door will slam close due to the closer not being set correctly.
The ambiance is pleasant. When we arrived at 8 on Friday we were only ones in. It should have been enough of a red flag……the freshly mopped floor was like an ice rink. Even after it dried, it was slick.
The food started with hot and sour that had a burnt soy sauce twang. One of 2 bowls left untouched.
Eggrolls were excellent.
The entrees ordered were $15 to $17. The general tso was underwhelming portion for $17 and it had a twang (tobasco twang?)that led to leaving 1/3 left untouched.
The triple delight with brown sauce was the other entry. It was proportioned well and looked great………absolutely no flavor. Was sent back uneaten.
After that, the service disappeared.

Lunch may be an OK value, but dinner left us hungry and bad twang of taste in mouth.

First of all, the staff are friendly. Hostess and waitress were very kind. That goes far in my book. But I would definitely not recommend this place.

There was hair and food on my table. My meal was $17 (including tax and average tip) for obviously OLD and dried out rice + oil and CANNED pineapple. Nothing else.

This was my experience. I don’t like eating canned food in restaurants if I can help it. I wish them the best.

Easily one of the top 5 Chinese food restaurants in town. “The House Soup” is basically the cure to the common cold with chicken broth, 3 types of meat, vegetables and two packets of noodles. It might not stop your wife from saying you have a “man cold” but it’s better than the hug your father never gave you as a kid. Also their dumplings both fried and steamed are amazing.

Waiting in the front of the store on one part of the take out order for over 20 mins watching the food just get cold. Completely unbelievable. Won’t be coming back. This is my second horrible experience here. Happens to be the first one coming into town. But literally any place in town has to habe better service than this place.
