This place is SO good – first of all the BBQ was not at all soggy or greasy which you get a lot when you go to places like this. The food took a minute but well worth the wait. The staff was friendly and courteous. Loved the rib tips – I don’t usually like creamy

This place is amazing! Got the meat trio with bread pudding, bourbon peaches and slaw (paid the extra for an extra side). OMG I thought it looked small but don’t let that fool you, my husband and I ate every last bite and we’re basically rolling out if there. Highly highly recommend. Try the burnt pork ends and bread pudding

This review is long overdue. I love Ribsticks. I discovered it a few months ago and have been going every week or two since. I’ve had and enjoyed the pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. The coleslaw is delicious. Their BBQ sauces are tasty and unique – I love the texture that comes with it from the small grains of pepper. The prices are more than fair for the portions. Service is quick and the staff is friendly.

Delicious, clean and informal BBQ joint. My girlfriend and I brought all three of my kids. Everyone loved it. Meats and sides are all truly excellent (we tried most between us) and they have a small selection of good beers on tap. We all loved it so much we even ordered a couple more meals to share after we were done! If you live on the East Side it is an absolute must try. Special mention for beef brisket, coleslaw and Mac & cheese.

Very nice selection of BBQ selections. Great flavor. The sides are unusual and great. Seem like a lot of takeouts when we dine in there. Rustic atmosphere. Ribs were nice and tender inside with nice crust and smoke ring. Definitely a place to visit again.

I wish I could comment on how good their food is but that would be impossible considering 2 nights in a row my husband and I tried to order food and got none. First night they were out of meat and closed early(I can understand that, it’s a new business so it’s bound to be busy). We decided to give them another shot the next night. When the order was placed we had to chose a different meal due to the lack of chicken. We ordered 2 brisket dinners and was told it’d be ready in 15 minutes. My husband got there and was told they couldn’t make the order because they ran out of the brisket. So the wasted our time by telling us they could make the order and my husband driving there and they didn’t have it. We both work long hours so when you don’t have time to cook the last thing you want is to waste your time on a restaurant that even supply the demand. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Won’t try to order there again.

Wow! The restaurant is finally open and it was worth the wait. The ribs and the brisket was so moist. They have two sides with the meal and they really compliment the meal. The beef rib ” dinosaur ” was great. It was like having a tenderloin. Great job!

Carefully and consciously prepared seriously good eats. I had the teriyaki BBQ which I could eat again. The bread pudding was excellent. My 7 year old son had the pork spare ribs and cleaned his bones the right way for the first time and I licked the rest haha! My husband had the burnt end sandwich with the perfect BBQ taste. Everyone has to come here and try this place! Note: meals are portioned correctly 🙂

I went there last night a minute after they were closing and they let me in. Not only were these guys nice and considerate, they made us two beef brisket sandwiches, and rib tips in a matter of a few minutes. Jay, the owner has a real vision for the place as it also offers draft beers and will have a projection screen for sport games. Very impressed. Good work!
