I ate here about 2 years ago and it was very good. Stopped by today and was very disappointed. It was very dry the links was dry and tips was chewy and taste old. Very sad because he is a nice guy and prices and portions was decent but quality not good today.

I went earlier this week. Was craving BBQ so I was in the area and stopped in to purchase a “Today’s Special Mini Tip.” Did not meet my expectations. My Hot Link was good so hard, the inside of it was dry. SO DRY as though it was from a couple of days before and placed back on the fire each day. I know when they were selecting my pieces, they saw how burnt and dry that food was. The fries were very good being soaked in the sauce. The tips were so so. Would I go back again? No, because there are too many other BBQ places in the city.

Very good customer service. I love the rib tips but they were cut a little too thin for my taste. The rib tips were tender and the BBQ sauce was good. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the large hot links.

I thought this place was dirty, when it wasn’t and I thought the food wasn’t good either, but was pleasantly surprised that the chicken wings and rib tips with bbq sauce actually hit..This place is a criminally underrated rib and chicken joint(Chop Steaks too)just off the food alone and I bet that not one rib shack in the city can beat their prices ..

I got an order of tips and links separately since it was my first time there. Links had great flavor and just the right amount of heat. Tips where good but a little overcooked (kinda tough) but the excellent BBQ sauce saved them. Owner was super friendly though and the service was quick considering it’s a one man operation. I’ll definitely be coming back here to try out a slab of ribs since he was out of em today.

Food is terrible. I had good chicken and ribs and that’s not it. Definitely need a new cook. I don’t know how the food is prepared but it’s not the usual way. Just not the same.
