When they 1st opened up in leominster, they were awesome. Over the past years, they have seriously declined. Not to mention we were waiting for an order from a shop next door and witnessed an employee picking his nose AND eating it!! Their food is so bad now, we will not order from there anymore. Our food last order was worse than ever, didn’t think it was possible. We only order Chinese food maybe 3 times a year. My husband’s wings were severely OVERCOOKED, and the spring rolls were old. Don’t order anything vegetarian like theLorain, causeyou basically get just noodles, even tho I talked to them about it. They don’t care and obviously don’t eat their garbage themselves. Their lo mein would make any kid happy…….look ma, no veggies! Never again, will go to chopsticks from now on!

I was really dissatisfied, everything i got tasted bad. The egg roll had too much ginger and tasted days old, the chicken fingers were caked in undercooked batter, the crab rangoons are very clearly imitation crab, the spare ribs were tough and overcooked, and also likely old. The pork fried rice was oily, and peppery for some reason. I dont think ill order from here again and I recommend you spend your money somewhere else.

The food is pretty good here but it’s the serving sizes that really make it 100% worthwhile. Every time I have ordered here they have given me enough food to last about 3-4 meals and it’s great! On top of that they have really great prices!

Absolutely good for a quick Chinese food dinner. I just moved here from NY and tried 2 other places before Jade but I wasn’t as satisfied with those places. This place reminds me of the place next to my old house growing up I used to get from all the time.

Ordered two meals and I live about 10 minutes away. An hour later and still no food. I call and they tell me the driver left 15 minutes ago. I wait another 10 minutes and still nothing. I call again and ask for a refund and to cancel the order as I never would have Ordered it had I known it would take that long and at this point my food has been driving around for over a half hour and will definitely be cold if it ever arrives. Still have not gotten my money back and never got my food. This place sucks.

not the best. Everything tasted pretty bland unfortunately. It is very cheap and you get a lot of food for the price which is great but I prefer china wonder or places in the mall. The rangoons are just sort of sour cream cheese. Orange chicken more sour than sweet, the fried rice was good. Overall id recommend this place if youre looking for a lot of food cheap but not if you want good chinese.
