Inside was like I walked back in time. This is true on multiple levels. We were traveling and passing through. Guys were nice and accompanied us, but honestly, I wish there would have been a drive-through so I didn’t have to see the indoors.

Ordered delivery food was all correct but

It seems like all Pizza Huts are trying to go to delivery only….like Domino’s. I feel like they want to do away with dine-in….and only do delivery and pick-up orders. No fountain drinks, tea…only bottled drinks, no silverware, have to ask for napkins and all dippers are extra charge. It feels like Pizza Hut is barely hanging on. Food was good though….but there isn’t any customer service anymore. Pizza Hut buffet ruled back in it’s day…like Gatti’s does today.

Went to this Pizza Hut during the solar eclipse with friends. We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizzas however both tasted a little weird and I had diarrhea afterwards and one of my friends complained of bowel problems too, we didn’t stay long, very unsettling! Don’t know why, but it seems like most if not all Pizza Hut joints have really gone down hill over the years, guess it depends on the location cuz this one sucked!

I don’t feel that even this one star is deserved. I placed my order for delivery at 6:03pm this evening. Almost 2 hours later I contact the store to see where my order was and was told the driver was heading out right that second with it. 35 minutes later we get our order but were missing the sauces so the driver went back for them. I called the store when he left to ensure the right amount would be delivered. It is now 8:40pm and I just got my sauces. If that wasn’t bad enough my roommate ordered a 18 piece wings and only received 12, she called the store and they said the delivery driver will bring the rest to her and apologized. It was an hour later when she received the rest of her wings and was told the driver forgot them in his backseat. On top of all this when the driver delivered my incomplete order he asked my wife if he can have one of her cigarettes. This is the 3rd time this year we’ve had issues with this Pizza Hut and as far as we’re concerned we will no longer be customers here.

I called ahead of time to order and nobody would answer the phone. I called 4 times and let it ring. I drove down to the Pizza Hut and went in and realized that someone was there to answer the phone. One guy walked up and I told him I wanted to order and he said just a minute and took off. So I waited…. and then this girl was coming out of the back and she realized what I was there for. She took my order and I left cause someone else was gonna pick up the order. All the while I was there the phone rang and rang and nobody answered it. Not good if u want a Pizza!!
