Nikki was our server. She was awesome I’ll start with that. Now I was wondering because I absolutely love rib city maybe the owner will consider putting this on the menu, pulled chicken sandwich would really be a great seller and I am sure it’ll do great being added to the menu just a thought I had. I used to love going to Sunny’s bbq in ft myers back in the day and they had a pulled bbq chicken sandwich that was the bomb if you know you know!! I was having a bad day yesterday I didn’t really want to go back due to over cooked ribs and a bad attitude server but my child was begging me so we went a nice blonde girl seated us right away and said Marina would be right with us….well that she was and she changed my entire day..best waitress I’ve ever encountered polite, attentive and very knowledgeable of choices. I will go back atleast weekly and request Marina just to uplift my week…good job Rib City in wait staff now fix your cooksĺ

I ate this back in September and nothing about them is sticking out to me regarding the taste, I however do remember having a bad experience. I’m not too fond of chain restaurants and Rib City reminded me why. I always call in orders because I hate waiting for food. I get there and the parking lot is deserted, not a car in sight. Not a good sign. I get inside, dining room also empty. I go to the counter to pay for and pick up my order and it’s not ready. Mind you, there’s no one else in the restaurant. After finally getting my order, something tells me to check my order prior to leaving. I check it, they forgot my baked beans. So I bring the entire bag back inside to let the girl at the counter know I didn’t receive my beans. You would have thought she was harvesting the beans herself and that she cleaned, cooked, and packed my bag herself with the amount of resistance she gave me to actually get them. I finally receive the side of beans that I paid for and I leave. I get to my location ready to tear into my food, there are no utensils in the bag. With the amount of time that I had to wait for my call in order, while they had an empty restaurant, NOTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN WRONG WITH MY ORDER. Would I go back, no. Would I go to another location in the chain, no. Would I recommend it to a stranger, no.

We visited on Wednesday evening at the Rib City on Cleveland Ave . The food was good but the room temperature was awful. It was freezing. We asked if it could be turned down and were told it was controlled by corporate. CORPORATE, guests don’t like to try to eat a nice meal while they are freezing

I ordered the St Louis ribs with Cole slaw and fries.
The ribs were dry almost like jerky!
St. Louis ribs normally have some fatty to them, these were small like baby back and burnt on the outside. Cole slaw was good as well as the garlic toast and fries but when the name is Rib City, one would think their ribs would be excellent. I was disappointed.

Ordered the Saint Louis style ribs , the
Worst ribs I’ve had in a long time, they were overcooked which caused them to be dry and tough,
I did not complain to the server although she should have seen that they were burnt,
Probably will not give them a second chance as
i believe they should know how to cook ribs.
My bill was over $60 for 2 meals!

Ordered there so called number 1 combo ! 1/2 Baby back ribs 1/2 St. Louis ribs! It’s a horrible lie!
Babyback was 1/4 and so was the 1/4 St. Louis ribs! We had 90 percent fries and price was $28.94
It’s not worth it here they are cutting every corner so they can make ends meet! But not on me! I gave that meal to my 6 yr old he finished it in 8 mins he weighed 48 pounds!
They will never see me again! Even if it was free! Put food on the plate!
