I’ll be honest, big burrito guy but my goodness for a breakfast burrito the #10 takes the cake. I was starving one morning as me and the family were headed to the cabin and we were met by this little shop off the road on our travels… stopped in and got 3 burritos… each one better then the last. Highly recommend, fast service too.

The food is great, but I recommend avoiding this place in the morning. I needed to be at work by 8:00 AM and arrived at 7:15 AM, but the restaurant was still closed—even though the posted hours say 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I waited until 7:30 AM and the doors were still locked.
I really enjoy the food and the prices, but the hours of operation should match what’s listed online and on the door. Some people rely on getting breakfast before work and don’t have time to stop elsewhere. That day, I ended up going to work without eating and didn’t have anything until I got home.
If the restaurant isn’t going to open at the posted time, the hours should be updated. Staff should also arrive early enough to prepare and have the register ready before opening.

I’ve been going to Burrito buddies for 24 years the past year now almost every time I go in, I can never order a burger. They always say that they don’t have the stuff to make it. That’s what I’ve always ordered. I’ve always get me a cheeseburger on Saturdays and now how sad now it just seems like they just don’t wanna make it literally they say I’m sorry we don’t have the stuff to make your burgers so Burrito Bettys I don’t know what happened, but y’all are just killing your grandma‘s business. She was amazing and now it just really kind of sucks and that’s sad to say it used to be a family tradition every Saturday and so now we have to find a new place.

This place is fantastic! I got a number 2, the bacon was hearty, the potatoes were cooked well and the egg ratio was perfect with the rest. Not to mention their green chili is so tasty!

If somebody asked me about this place, the first thing I would say is: are you looking for amazing food or decent food at a reasonable price? This place is the latter.
It is better than fast food, but if you go to any real dine-in restaurants you will recognize that the quality of this food is a cut below those. However, the food is also amazingly cheap, which is the only reason I am rating this 3 stars and not 1 or 2.
This place doesn’t have a dine in, but it does have an area behind the restaurant where I have parked my work truck and eaten the food fresh off the back of my tailgate. The reason I mention this is because I think the food tastes a lot better fresh (although they do wrap certain items to keep them warm), and the quality degrades pretty quickly.
The salsa that comes with chips and salsa is light to medium spiciness. It is very soupy and has no chunks like most complimentary chips and salsa you get at Mexican restaurants around Colorado. The chips are ok. They are fried tortillas and many of my chips were uncooked because they put too many strips in the fryer at once, so a bunch of them stuck together when cooking.
The cheese quesadilla I had was decent. Most I have had I would consider better than the one here but it was only $3 so it’s really hard to be critical at that price.
A lot of the fries were also stuck together and were soft even though I asked for them to be cooked crispy, although I do think they had a good flavor. If they were served crispy I think they would be amazing. The cheeseburger that came with the fries was seasoned with way too much salt & pepper and was overcooked. The bun was also pretty dry, so I would not rank this very high among burgers I have had.

Food is decent in a pinch, I like to get get breakfast burritos before work but good luck with them opening at posted times. Not a bad option if you don’t mind being late for work.

Since we moved here 4 years ago,our experience with the food has been going down. No matter what I order they always put cheese even when I ask not to. They’re really gonna hurt someone if they’re lactose intolerant!! The young lady at the counter always seems bothered to take your order… I understand it’s family that work there, but come on show some kind of pride being there.

Now that Betty no longer manages this, it has officially gone down.
Food is alright, atmosphere smells like BO, and customer service is laughable.
This was not lightly written, I grew up going to Betty’s Burritos like many in Pueblo.

I used to love Betty’s been going there for years. The last few times I went there was shitty customer service. She pretended like she couldn’t talk one time. The second time she messed up my order and got mad are me and basically through my burrito at me. Other customers weren’t happy this morning either due to her attitude. So sad it used to be of my family favorite burrito places.
