The food was delicious! I had a pork tip burrito that was very tasty but it also included part of the bone. The service was exemplary! They took very good care of us but I must say, it was difficult to communicate anything but what is on the menu.

Recently had a group of ten meet for dinner at this restaurant and can say we were not disappointed. We had made a reservation and everything was all set up for us when we arrived. Drinks, chips and salsa were brought out promptly as more guests arrived, and the restaurant even gave our party two large orders of guacamole complimentary. Our food was ready in no time, and all orders were correct. After our meal we stayed for nearly three hours, and the host never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. They even took a group photo for us. I can say I am very satisfied with the experience, and would highly recommend.

This is a great place to eat. The happy hour is great and always have drink and food specials. The food is cooked to your liking so let them know if it is not. I have always been pleased with the food and customer service.

My God, the food was both visually pleasing and delicious. I highly recommend the patio for its open view of central LR. Very surprising considering the location but nothing less than beautiful. Me and my lady have fallen for this Mar y Tierra and will be back with friends. The food pictured below is their Ranchero Chihuahua with Orchata.

Really poor customer interaction. I ordered the taco, two enchiladas, rice, and beans. When it put in the order I told the waitress I wanted beef tacos and enchiladas and cheese sauce on the enchiladas. She must have misunderstood because she gave me cheese enchiladas with cheese sauce not beef. I had already eaten my taco and most of my beans and rice when I cut into the enchilada and found out. I called the waitress over and explained the problem to her. I asked if she could have it remade and she went back to the kitchens. A different waiter brought the check and after I paid our waitress came back. I asked about the enchiladas and was told because I had eaten most of my plate they wouldn’t remake it. I explained that I only wanted the two enchiladas remade everything else was ok. She said they wouldn’t remake it. I totally get misunderstanding the order but not fixing it especially when I had only taken one bite is really poor customer service. Also I feel I should have been told before paying that they weren’t going to remake it.

Food is really good! Nice atmosphere! Service excellent, don’t forget to ask for Horchata drink. Is alcohol free and the base is rice. Really good if you want to try something new.

Mar y Tierra has gone lightyears above my expectations. Their service is the best I’ve had in Little Rock since I can recall. I’ve gotten to know at least 3 staff members by name and talked with them and I haven’t even finished my meal. Which by the way came out so fast I don’t have words. Their attention to detail, their food, the genuine nature of the staff. Just absolutely phenomenal and has me floored. I have worked in the industry for years and I’m just in awe of the teamwork and execution of it all. Lazaro Angeles, Alfred, and Christian all made it a point to check in on us in a sincere manner. The margaritas are just as delicious as their food, which in my opinion has greatly outshined the other restaurants that are similar in the area. 10000/10
