Great service! Great location! This is a Broadmoor restaurant, so it’s definitely on the pricier side. But a fun splurge. We were pleased with all the appetizers and the meals and the dessert!

The park itself was great! I did not mind spending $18 a head for entrance to the park. The park staff were wonderful too. The restaurant itself was probably the most rough experience. I reserved a table for 4pm for early dinner. They serve lunch from 11-4pm and dinner from 6pm-8pm, a detail that I missed. The burgers and fries were far worse than any fast food location, especially $25+. My parents split a burger that was not half a burger but 2 – quarters of a burger, which was interesting since they paid for one burger and received 1/2 of one together. The last interesting thing was the waitress said “they would love to buy my dessert” since it was my birthday. So I picked a dessert I would otherwise not order, and they still put it on the bill? It was odd. I do recommend the drinks and dessert. Maybe the dinner menu is more worth it? Strange experience. You have to take a shuttle in and out of the park, there is no parking for the restaurant without the use of the shuttle.

Let me say, our waiter was great and none of this was his fault but this was the absolute slowest meal on earth. Took nearly 3 hours for 2 apps and 6 main courses. We ordered drinks first and it took almost 30min to get just drinks to the table. Apps were very good (nachos and brussle sprouts) but none of the mains were great. We did a lunch so burgers were ordered by most. Inconsistent toppings, no condiments, very meh overall. Super cool location but for a $500 lunch (5 adults and a child), I’ll pick somewhere else to spend that kind of money next time.

Great location. $92/pp + minimum 20% gratuity. Beginning bread & butter(which wait staff bragged about) was very late and pulled straight from a cold refrigerator and not fresh. The so called “special” butter must have come straight from a freezer and was impossible to get out of its cup…. frozen and unusable!! I believe the wait staff had to know the bread and butter would be nearly inedible. Steak was very overcooked, veggies were just OK, and I’d give the dessert a 2 out of 10. Terrible meal. I would not go back there if were $20pp. I am sorry to post such a negative review, but it’s honest. I sent no food back because it was a special night/anniversary and didn’t want the hassle, conflict, and an uncomfortable vibe at our table. I apologized to my wife for taking her to such a disappointing dinner place but she of course understood.

The ambiance is good but the food is very disappointing. Me and my husband ordered a burger for lunch, but its burnt and too dry, no sauce, all i could taste is the burnt meat. I thought it was just my burger but my husband said the same thing. I dont think its worth the price at all. I suggest you eat somewhere else when you go to seven falls.

Food was excellent; atmosphere was 10/10; service was decent; but getting back was unnecessarily frustrating. It took over an hour to get from the restaurant to my car — and it would have been longer if a tram hadn’t happened to pick us up. I don’t mind the mile walk to and from the trailhead to the restaurant, which was actually really nice; it was the ridiculous shuttle system that the Broadmoor has set up. We stood at the trailhead in the cold for 45 minutes waiting for a shuttle to come. Three shuttles came and went while we were there but there were no less than 40 people in line in front of us (and each van holds 12 people) so we couldn’t get on until the fourth shuttle that came. Uber and Lyft wouldn’t go up there. During this time the Broadmoor sent a van directly up to the restaurant to fetch some people who were staying at the hotel and brought them straight back. I realize there’s higher demand at certain times of day, but if that’s the case, just have some employees come in for 2-3 hours on Saturday night and run shuttles.

We ate early on a Sunday in the winter and the staff was almost overly friendly just like most people at The Broadmoor property, but it’s not a complaint, it’s refreshing in this day and age. It will cost $14 to enter the park via a shuttle (no cars allowed). Then it’s a little less than a one mile walk to the base of the falls and the restaurant. Food was terrific. Bison burger was great and although my wife’s nachos arrived cold, they made some new ones and they were great too. They use pork green chili stew on the nachos which was unique.

The food and service were good. Did not like that they put a 20% service fee on then another line for a tip. We left a tip because we did not know if that was for the server or the restaurant. Felt like we had to tip twice.

We came here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. It’s a beautiful walk (or tram ride) to get tot he restaurant and inside is just as good. Definitely be mindful of how late you leave, as the park does close at 8pm.
